Perfect! Gorgeous dress no fuss

Oh where to start ordered an outfit for next day delivery which turned up a day late upon arrival this outfit which was stating a size 12 is more like a kids age 10 (only know this because I tried it on my daughter and fitted perfectly whos 8 years old ) would have been ok accept after what I describe as the worst month of my girlfriends life this was to cheer her up but instead has been the icing on the cake for her so yeah thanks for that … If you are going to sell stuff be honest at least ! Absolutely disgusted with this service now we have to pay to send something back that they already knew was wrong ! AVOID

Edit . In reply they actually never sent the first item out but tracking was sent … as my partner already has that email to state that … standard sizing my ass !!! Hahah no way we have measured this item even took it to two people who makes dresses and has been confirmed that in fact this is not a standard size 12 it is a standard size 8 with a 12 label in it you have not responded to any emails or Instagram messages your shop is disgusting for how they treat people

i ordered a dress over two week ago for my children's christening this coming weekend, it stated on the website 2-4 days delivery as it was high demand? i told them from the beginning i received no confirmation email... after contacting their instagram they confirmed my confirmation was actually sent to the wrong email address! i paid via klarna have gave my order number etc, and asked for tracking information to which they just ignore! they told me my dress would be delivered on the 3rd of march and then the 5th, i have emailed but no reply... customer service is pretty poor and very blunt no help at all! oh and to top it off they are selling the dress as 'made in house' for £80 and the exact same dress is on ali express for £35

I have purchased from this store before and was content with my purchase and delivery speed a few years back. I placed an order on March 1st, 2022 and I never got a tracking number. I started to become worried when I received emails about reviewing my purchase when I never received my item. I need the item for an even but I never anticipated for it to take this long. So I contacted them via the email listed on the website and Shop app. I received no response to any emails I’ve sent. So I received via Instagram which was useless. (They told me to send an email and that I would receive my item soon). I finally did a follow up after waiting a week or so I was left on read and my item was refunded after a whole MONTH. The service and communication was poor but I’m grateful that I got my money back. My advice would be to avoid this store.

I have NEVER received a tracking number to be NOTIFIED of an unpaid customs fee! I received an email (March 1,2022) stating my order was confirmed and the very same day I received another email stating my items is preparing to ship nothing else! And another email on March 13,2022 to review my purchase which I never got!
