Never received order
Ordered a dress got stuck in DPD depot said they started a case with DPD but the customer service is shocking I’ve got to keep emailing them for updates and it’s me who’s out of pocket no dress and no refund first time ordering definitely won’t be ordering again absolute shambles.

this parcel did show as left our warehouse please see below we have to report the item as lost with dpd as it did not update since looking on the account i can see we issued a full refund and reported the parcel as lost

There are some pretty mixed reviews for this company. My experience was fine, the two piece outfit arrived quickly although the style really didn’t suit me or fit right so I had to return it. My refund took a little longer than I would have liked but I did receive my refund. I chased my refund via email and did get a response after 3 days. I guess we should be a little more understanding to small businesses who could potentially only have one or two members of staff. Not a bad experience overall.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, unresponsive to my emails. I’m still waiting for this company to resolve my query since December! I have had to ring DPD to check if they made a claims form, DPD have confirmed this company still haven’t made a claims form in regards to a missing item I did not receive! Definitely will not be ordering from here again. Disappointed.

This is by far one of my favourite websites to order clothes. They have most amazing dresses and stunning outfits! So glam and I love the fact you have the option to pay clearpay. Delivery doesn't take long either. Great service! Highly recommend!!

International shoppers beware!!
First of all, this boutique claims shipping is 2-11 days. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago (expecting shipping to be at least 11 days) and have yet to receive my package. They give you a tracking number that you can't track. When I emailed the customer service team all they did was provide me with the tracking number that I already have and that doesn't work. I tried to track my order in shopify and the tracking has not moved in 2 weeks. I needed this order for a special occasion, but now i'm scared it wont arrive in time or at all. I now have to find another outfit on short notice due. YAY!

This order does show as signed for and delivered this was shipped via Royal Mail this was coming from the uk this was collected via Royal Mail there were several delays due to Royal Mail strikes which unfortunately was out of our control but we apologise for any inconvenience caused many thanks
