Cannot recommend BBQ Land enough, I have ordered a few things from them over the past couple of years and all items have arrived promptly. Most recently I contacted them as we had a Warranty issue with our Kamado Joe and I couldn't find my Proof of Purchase to send to Kamado Joe direct, they sent it over to me the same day and as a result Kamado are replacing the broken part to us free of charge. Thanks very much for your excellent service :)

Still shocked by the experience I had with this company.
Product was unfit for purpose and faulty and they refused to do anything about it.
They even had the nerve to blame me saying that I hadn't followed the instructions on how to use a BBQ which simply wasn't true.
Worst customer service I've seen online in twenty years.
Bought this bundle from BBQLand. Price was same as other sellers but included some extra items.
Communications were good - order despatched speedily and arrived at the appointed time. Would happily buy from BBQLand again.
Great item at good price would highly recommend this company, carrier was late with delivery i contacted customer service who were fantastic and refunded my delivery costs no questions asked.

I ordered a Kamado Joe (Big Joe) bundle along with several other bits and pieces. Within an hour of ordering I received a phone call from BBQLand to tell me that one of the extras that I had ordered was included in the bundle. Now many companies would have just sent the order out knowing full well that the customer had probably messed up, not these guys. The bundle arrived next day on a pallet and I can only say that the driver was most helpful in getting the pallet into my back garden. I just cant fault the ordering, follow up and delivery, I can highly recommend BBQLand.
The chiminea i ordered turned up on time and i was kept informed all the way through from order to delivery. unfortunately the chiminea was smashed, this can only be due to the way it was handled during delivery as the packaging was padded and packed beyond expectation. After speaking to BBQ Land they sent a new chiminea straight away which arrived on the friday, this was a great surprise as i wasn't expecting it to even be dispatched until the following monday! overall a pleasure to deal with and i will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone!!!!
even though they state 2-5 day delivery, this was ordered tuesday morning and it turned up wednesday afternoon, impressed :-)
Placed the order over the phone,they found exactly what I was looking for,and was delivered with in the time stated,Great Service.

I have received the chimenea I ordered and it is as per specification and exactly what I ordered. However, I’m still awaiting the cover. The delivery company used (Citylink) have proven to be completely useless. We received a card from them informing us that they attempted to deliver but we were out. When we attempted to arrange an automated re-delivery for the following Monday we couldn’t as the consignment number on the card was the wrong one. Eventually we got through to their representatives who informed us that as it was their second attempt to deliver it they wouldn’t be re-delivering it again. I queried this as we had only received one card, eventually it was discovered that they had attempted to deliver to the wrong address……this apparently qualifies as a delivery attempt despite being delivered to the wrong address. After some argument they agreed to deliver both packages again on the following Monday. The next day my neighbour came round and told us they had received a package (the chimenea) for us and asked if we had received a package for them (it was also apparently being delivered by Citylink, unfortunately we haven’t). Monday came and went without the cover arriving on querying this with Citylink they could see that two items had been booked into their Bristol warehouse but only one had been booked out despite their system marking both items as delivered the person we spoke to said he would email the Bristol warehouse to sort this out. We haven’t heard anything from Citylink and I suspect I will have to claim for the cover back from BBQLand and buy one at my local garden centre.
a quality product (chiminea) when it arrived unfortunately the lid was damaged so we rang bbqland and reported it and they were very helpful and replaced the lid a couple days later with no problems very good customer relations and after sales.i would have no problems in recommending bbqland to anyone and i already have so i hope it brings you more custom,thankyou

I rang BBQLAND and they apologised and sent a replacement in perfect condition the next day.There was no quibble they didn't want to see the broken chiminea, they were professional, apologetic and understanding, I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Although the chiminea wasn't in stock that we wanted, BBQ land were great at communicating very quick, and provided resolutions & alternatives. Thanks

Purchased a Bradley digital smoker online along with some wood and the cold smoking adapter. Ordered everything late on Wednesday, arrived Friday morning.
Superb product (although this isnt a product review) but the communications from Bbqland and the delivery in fact every part of their service was excellent. I will certainly use them again.
Nice people, nice products, good attentive service. They made special arrangements to send items on the only day I'm at home. For the next delivery, they remembered and sent the package to my work address. No big deal but it proves they listened and it was important for them to get it right. Thats how I run my business so well pleased! By the way, I fired up the Monolith on Sunday for the 1st time cooking a whole pork shoulder. Best bit of pork I've eaten in years and my guests must of thought the same because it all went very quick! Nice one guys! I'll be back I'm sure!
