I ordered a new Grill & Smoker from BBQ Land. The communications were excellent and I took delivery. When building it I discovered there was an item missing. I contacted the team at BBQ Land, where I was greeted with excellent customer service and the missing part was shipped out to me as soon as possible. It arrived in quickly and I was able to complete the build on this wonderful Grill.
Needed a bbq (Kamado joe) for the next day.. went there and was shown around by vinny, he was absolutely brilliant! Came away with exactly what we needed! Overall a really smooth and informative experience. Very happy with it and it helped that vinny guided me through a few niggles I had in my head.
Had a great bbq the next day! Very happy.

I found this company very useful. I couldn't make my mind up on a starter smoker and they were very helpful talking through them. Delivery was very fast and I had all my items within 5 days as described, even after a bank holiday weekend. All items arrived and worked very well.
I received great service from multiple people. I ordered an electric smoker that unfortunately turned up with a fault. I called the morning after delivery and had a replacement delivered less than 24 hours later, cannot ask for more than that. Everyone I spoke to before and after delivery was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Very happy with our MasterBuilt Gravity 560. Very quick delivery time. We had a small issue after delivery but BBQLAND were excellent how they handled and resolved the issue. Very professional friendly team who I would be happy to deal with again.
Delivery within timescale and the couple of issues I had were sorted out promptly... I can't fault the service, just the minor issues incurred.
The BBQ we purchased was a MasterBuilt Gravity 560. Easy payment and very efficient delivery. We did find the customer service very poor especially the communication. Three emails and a telephone call to clarify delivery wasn’t very good. All brought about by the delivery despatch information being incorrect. This in turn cost a days holiday chasing BBQLAND for information pertaining to the exact delivery and soured our opinion of the company.
That aside we are very pleased with the quality of the BBQ but the customer service was frustrating.
Partner brought me the master-built duel pro smoker for my birthday. She was very impressed with the delivery time (within the same week). Price was also cheaper than competitor sites. ~When I had a query regarding the smoker the chap I spoke to at BBQland was professional and polite and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed. Thanks guys! Cant wait to get smoking!
Horrendous and terrible experience! I ordered a Kamado Joe bbq for Father’s Day and without being informed, today I got delivered a very heavy parcel on a wooden palette that has literally been dropped in my front porch without my consent! There’s no way anyone can move it without a special device or various people. All I asked was to please leave it inside the side gate so that it could be left in a safe place until I figured out how to move it from there. Vinny from BBQ Land was very unhelpful, unreasonable and was trying to justify their mediocre procedures by saying that they are complying with COVID restrictions (seriously?) and I was even more confused to believe that when their delivery guy was not even wearing a mask! All I wanted was to support a small business. My flaw for not checking reviews ahead because if I’ve had seen their ratings, I would’ve definitely gone for a competent supplier - which luckily we still have them! I’m waiting for a collection now and for my refund ASAP.

The only company I could find that has Ooni stock, I wanted a Fyra wood pellet oven bundle for a birthday present. The website bundle offer was great but I wanted to upgrade to a perforated peel. A quick call in and Paul had no problem in adjusting the bundle to suit my needs, calculated a price which was market value plus a small discount, took my details and payment without effort and I received an instant email confirmation of the order. I expected to have to wait a few days for delivery and was nervous that it would not arrive for the birthday but to my delight it arrived next morning well packaged. Thanks Paul. Great service and experience. One piece of feedback would be to improve your website SEO to ensure you are found easier on Ooni searches. It took some digging to find you and you have a competitive advantage right now as you hold stock.
AVOID - as others have said unless you want shouting at, don’t use them. Go else where, pay less and actually receive you goods.

I could not recommend this company to anyone, not least until they fix their website and fix their customer support. If their support is this bad pre-sales, I can't imagine how bad it would be if you had a warrantee problem post-sale.
I’ll have to get a charge back from my bank, as the funds have clearly been taken.

I ordered the Ooni infrared thermometer, pizza oven brush and gloves from BBQLand as they were one of very few companies with these items currently in stock. With the exception of the gloves all priced as per the market.
I ordered on Tuesday evening late and received my delivery by Friday pm.
I had a query on the tracking for the delivery but was contacted promptly by Richard and the issue was cleared up.
I usually don't order from smaller companies off of the internet as I have been duped a few times but it is so much more satisfying supporting a small independent rather the behemoth that is Amazon.
My pizza oven arrives next week so I will definitely be ordering more from you in the future. Well done BBQLand!
I purchased tregor 885. I was told have to wait 2 weeks and I had to wait 4 months for it to get shipped. Then I reminded them they had them in stock in Calgary so why can’t I get mine in Kelowna. They finally shipped it to kelowna and they gave it away before I could pick up 2 days after call it was in. So no bbq and they said we will just give you the 650 model and some free pellets. Brutal and would not recommend this store to anyone if they want any type of service or reliability .

Well. My wife and I bought a Kamado Joe 2 Classic from BBQLand. Brilliant service by Richard. Really helpful. Being a bloke I wanted ALL the gizmos, including a rotisserie. But I was advised at this point I wouldn't need one. Richard was correct (But I will get one). I cannot believe how accurately controllable the cooking temperature is. I have cooked a chicken, Pizzas and a cake (tastes like chicken). Advice: Look at the you tube videos on the Kamado. They are really useful and work. Would fully recommend BBQland for most makes of barbecues, accessories and equipment.
I have tried to support smaller companies throughout this covid 19 pandemic rather than the large corporations.......so I purchased an ooni pizza oven from bbq land.The ordering process was straight forward and my payment was made within minutes, Unfortunately the delivery details are rather misleading ....I emailed gas bbq land as soon as I noticed the delivery address was my own address as this was a suprise Christmas present for my wife, I requested it to be delivered to a different address ....certainly was a nice surprise when SHE took delivery of her OWN Christmas present ....The WORST customer service I have ever received extremely rude and arrogant,he couldn't even bring himself to apologise .Having said that it did make me laugh when the boss man said he would pick up the parcel and drop it off at the requested address maybe he expected me to tell my wife it was all a dream and she must have imagined I had brought her a £400.00 pizza oven as a suprise Christmas present .....I should have just gone to John Lewis.....

Bought a Chargriller mini drum bbq. Excellent service and what a great showroom. Owner/sales person was professional and was impressed at the range of bbq's they had. Would recommend.
Rang to inform them that I had a faulty product which I have only just purchased. First of all I got told to keep my hair on after I had asked on the timescale to sort the issue, then my partner rang back and was sworn at by Richard and the phone put down on him. Very rude and would never order again. Was only trying to sort a faulty product out.
Great Company to deal with. I had my delivery within 3 days of order. My order turned up 2 days earlier than expected as I hadn't checked my spam mail for the delivery email. I was concerned about dealing with an unknown business for a £900 barbecue but i shouldn't have. I will be back to buy more.
