We have purchased from Bathshack in Cork before and have had no issues. Today was our first time visiting the showroom in Galway. We were fortunate to meet a very helpful staff member (Abu) who listened carefully to us and who was very knowledgeable and efficient. The store has a wide selection of bathroom ware on display and Abu showed us the options available and helped us to make sure that we ordered everything we need to complete the job. We were very happy with the service from start to finish.

Excellent website, delivery and excellent packaging

Website is easy to use and delivery was quick, lots of choices on the website.

I purchased a Heritage soft close toilet seat from Bathshack, but it wasn't very secure and tended to move. I contacted Bathshack who kindly got in touch with the manufacturer on my behalf. I received a new set of hinges within a few days and these rectified the problem. Bathshack provided a quick, friendly service and I would definitely recommend them. It was also much cheaper to buy from them, as other companies I priced charged large delivery fees to NI.

We recently purchased our bathroom ware from Bathshack for our new build, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The prices were excellent and offered great value for money compared to other suppliers we looked at.

We did have a small issue with one item after delivery, but their customer service team handled it quickly and professionally. The problem was rectified without any hassle, which really shows how much they value their customers.

After an initial debacle when a bathroom cabinet arrived with a broken mirror, the matter was dealt with very efficiently and with utmost courtesy by Ewan.
The cabinet was replaced and both I and my client are very please with all items purchased from Bathshack.
I will be using them again.

Bought an electric shower, established shower is faulty so returned well within the 30 days of purchase, asked for replacement, was told to go directly to manufacturer as bathshak dont deal with faults, i didnt accept that so returned shower to antrim branch, as eventually instructed by bathshak, returned it nearly 2 months ago, have spoken to a customer service team & emailed twice requesting refund & no one is replying, would advise people to think strongly before purchasing off this company, have heard nothing but bad reports since my own experience

Was searching for bathroom shower and enclosure. James was great in outlining the range of options and giving us advice. He arranged for us to call to boucher Road Bathshack where there was an excellent range of choice of showers and cubicles on show. Brendan was particularly helpful and took time in helping us to make our final choice. Driver arrived first thing on the delivery day. Very positive experience with Bathshack.

I’m happy with all orders and deliveries

DO NOT USE this company in Galway. Bad product, incompetent staff and atrocious customer care. Sales person dealing with us got the costs calculation of my order incorrect for one set of bathroom tiles, while also allowing me order out of stock tiles. She and her manager told me tiles would be delivered in 4 weeks, but because sales member didn’t calculate the cost of the tiles correctly (returning to me a few days later requesting addition €KK for the actual correct tile costs). Following this debacle which should have seen as a major red flag she somehow forgot to order the said tiles at all. Following constant request for updates on the order we realised they had not been ordered at all. Despite being guaranteed by the manager the longest wait time is 6 weeks for these tiles, we are 8 weeks later, and this is now holding up our home renovation completion.
The other tiles that did arrive, the porcelain rubbed off once our tiler grouted them. Company still have not come back to us about these faulty tiles and any proposal for replacement more than a week later.
As our experience with this company has been so bad we are now left with no alternative but to take a legal approach.
