Overall a very good service. The initial order of cupboard handles was lost, but after speaking to Bathshack on the phone (good to be able to speak to a person), a replacement set was promptly sent.

My experience has been somewhat hit and miss. Initially, I had problems getting updates on delivery from the showroom however this was quickly resolved by Brenda at Customer Services. Brenda was very pro-active in getting a grip of the delivery issue which was quickly resolved. The item has now been delivered, thank you Brenda. Despite the initial hiccups I would have no hesitation in shopping again with Bathshack.

Great service all round. Gavin went out of his way to help with initial order, dealt with Gavin a few times - always a pleasure to deal with. Then dealt with Sean to ammend order slightly, and no issue at all - very friendly to deal with! Will keep going back to them!

From Limerick but recently travelled to Bathshack Cork on a recommendation to get a complete refit on a main bathroom. From the moment I contacted them and dealt with a lovely gentleman called Gavin the service and knowledge was superb. We told him what we were looking for and when we arrived in cork he took us through everything he had recommended and bar a couple of small tweeks on colours everything was exceptional. He was a pleasure to deal with thru the whole process including ensuring we got our delivery on time. I would 100% recommend anyone in the south of the country to visit bathshack cork for all there bathroom needs

Just after buying a bathroom suite of bathshack, I was dealing with chantelle in the Lisburn branch. I really can't speak highly enough of how well she done for us, she was super friendly and really helpful, every question we had she answered them no bother, she went above and beyond sending us different pictures of wall panels and stuff, chantelle was a massive help for us as we were going in blind to buying a new bathroom, without chantelle we probably wouldn't even have bought a bathroom suite this week, if anyone is going to the Lisburn branch I would highly recommend dealing with chantelle she is fantastic and will help you with everything you need. Thanks again to chantelle you were absolutely fantastic for us 🙂

Had some bits missing from a screen I ordered from Bathshack. Customer care was prompt and helpful in sorting out the issue.

Very disappointed with this company. Extremely late delivery with no communication until I contacted them and they eventually got back to me. It was almost 7 weeks from order to delivery in ROI.

I regret the day I placed my order with this company. They never delivered my order for several weeks but kept insisting their courier company had delivered it, which was completely incorrect & unacceptable. After several emails to them, it took several weeks to finally get a refund. Avoid this company

I have been dealing with Chantelle in bathshack over the past couple of months trying to decide what to pick for my new bathroom and she has been a great help with her advice and has been very accommodating with my changes and hasn't made me feel like a pain with my indeciveness. Her expertise and knowledge is absolutely great and she makes me feel really at ease and confident in making my decisions. She is an absolute credit to the company and it has been a joy to deal with her. Highly recommend asking for Chantelle when calling to the lisburn showroom.

Matthew at Bathshack was a great help. He is knowledgeable about the products and how they are installed. If you have any doubts, give them a call, their team will make sure you are getting the right items and if anything else is required to complete the job they get you sorted. Would recommend.

My Wife and I stood for almost an hour trying to get a member of staff to give us a price for an item on display. I went to one advisor who was alone and was told that he was with someone. Ended up ordering the items that we wanted online. When they came one item was damaged. The replacement item (although in stock) took considerably longer to arrive and also didn't arrive on the day that it was supposed to. They will tell you that you'll get a call an hour before the delivery is made, however, this doesn't happen. I raised a complaint and their offer of compensation as a discount off your next order i.e you'll have to give them more money. Despite telling them on two occasions that we weren't looking for any more bathroom items they proceeded with this future discount. A poor customer experience from start to finish.

Chantelle has been really helpful and pleasant , obviously the right person in the right job. Would recommend.

I really appreciated customer services and Ewan's help in particular. He sorted out the return and exchange of a vanity unit quickly and we will receive the colour I had intended to order.

We visited the Lisburn showroom on the 14 Feb 2026, as we are overhauling our bathroom completely, and were so impressed by the quality of show,that we went on line and located the shower that we wanted. We returned to the Showroom yesterday for some advice, and Chantelle answered all our queries, and ordered the shower that we wanted. We then decided that we may as well just order everything else that we needed there and then, and Chantelle dealt with everything,explaining what we needed and why. Thanks to her and the quality and display of your Lisburn Showroom we now have all we need, and just await the fitters visit. I was most impressed not only by the expertise shown by Chantelle, but also her friendliness and ability to put customers at ease. She is a credit to your company.
