I just recently purchased my bathroom from Bathshack. Rhiannah was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She made choosing everything so easy and completely stress-free, taking the time to go through the options with me and helping me find exactly what I wanted. Exceptional Customer Service
Bathshack Galway were exceptional .Paul and Niamh went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was given great advice and all information in relation to my order. Goods arrived when they were supposed to and all queries and returns were dealt with prompty and efficently .I would recommend Bathshack Galway to anyone looking for bathroom products .

A great service experience
I called in to the show room with no idea what I wanted. I met a fantastic sales man in Paul o Donnell who guided me through all the options. I went with a range that was not the most expensive at all and Paul did not put me under any pressure to spend more. The items were delivered on time . A great service in total and I would have no hesitation recommending BATHSHACK. Well done

Follow up customer service
Follow up customer service. It is the first time in a very long time I received a call to confirm and thank me for my order and then another follow up call to confirm details of delivery. For the delivery I received a text 1hour before drop off and it was on time. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I had an excellent experience with this bathroom shop from start to finish. Diego in sales was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered great advice without any pressure. His attention to detail and customer care really stood out.
Phil handled the delivery, and he was just as impressive – punctual, professional, and very friendly. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and he made sure it was placed exactly where we needed it.
Overall, the service was outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop. A big thank you to Diego and Phil for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free
