I have today placed an order for 44 Taps at a cost of over £3000.00, I paid this via a credit card so i was covered/insured............ thank goodness i did because i had an email about 4hrs after making this payment to say they had cancelled the order and they would return my money once it had cleared!!!

They are con artists who never answer a phone and take days to reply to emails but are willing to take thousands of pounds for a return of no goods.!

All i will say to prospective buyers is beware........ i have contacted trading standards whom will take this case up for me and hopefully get my money back!!

I needed to query an order and found excellent customer service, very helpful.
The basin was perfect too.

Amazing customer service. There was a minor fault with our product and the company offered me either a refund or a replacement. Within 48 hours, our new part had arrived. Super impressed! Would absolutely use again and highly recommend.

The item was delivered very quickly and it is of very good quality

The item received was different to the item on the website and it had a chip in the drawer

Had problem with product not suiting my installation customer service team were excellent making the return easy by emailing a pre-paid label. I was then able to purchase a more suitable product from them. Highley recommended.

Speedy delivery and good quality. Have bought and fitted several showers from Bathroom Republic. Everyone is delighted with them.

Received a damaged leaking toilet bowl. Despite promises from the company of a refund none was received.
Very poor inaccessible customer services. No answers to repeated phone calls only correspond via emails.
Avoid company as refuse to replace faulty goods received.

Toilet delivered damaged. Has taken photos and videos to get agreement to a replacement then the replacement was not in stock and alternative not suitable. Now having issues getting refund. Will not be using again

Competitive prices for good quality product. Delivery prompted. It was very easy to track it on a day.

I was very impressed with both the efficient and accurate deliveries from Bathroom Republic. Also, I'd like to make a special mention of the professional manner in which Charlotte and Rachel handled a problem that cropped up, and went out of their way to assist.

I ordered a basin/WC vanity unit, a toilet and two showers for a couple of bathroom renovations. They were delivered well packed on a pallet and all look great. Not yet installed but I don't expect any issues so definitely happy so far.
Looking back on the review above I definitely spoke too soon. When installed in April/May everything still looked great but we had issues with both the toilets.
The one in the vanity unit started to leak really badly from the cistern after a few hours flooding the bottom of the unit. Luckily it was bad enough that we noticed quickly and could get the plumber out to replace the fill valve.
The standalone toilet didn't make it past the install as the rubber washer between the bowl and the cistern wasn't thick enough to prevent water jushing out each side of the toilet at every flush.
I understand that these thing can happen but an issue with 2 is very concerning. Following this we've been in contact with Bathroom Republic for months, via email as we've never had an answer to phone calls. Having provided descriptions of the issues, pictures of the parts and an invoice for the plumbers cost we've incurred we're no closer to getting resolution or any recompense for items we've bought that have not been fit for purpose.
This in no way seems like an isolated incident so all I can say is buyer beware and look elsewhere if you're lucky enough to see this before buying from them.

The tap unit came with no screws. I contacted the customer service several time until they stopped even answering my calls. All I wanted was the screws or replacement tap unit.. so I have to take it back by public transportation once I’m able to walk again after my Road accident

Ordered and paid for item. Got delivery date. Booked job in. 2 days before job start received a refund cos they didn,t have the item. Cost me money due to penalty clause. Poor service !!!!!!!!
