Avoid at all cost! The reviews for this company speak for themselves. Have tried to ring countless times about my faulty shower head but can never get through have also emailed and takes about 2 weeks to get a reply in which delaying tactics are employed so as not to deal with the issue. Have never experience anything like it usually companies at least try to reach a conclusion and don't simply ignore their customers!

I ordered a wall hung sink unit and tap from bathroom republic yesterday, with next day deluvery. Payment was taken straight away, however I didn't receive a confirmation email. I tried calling the customer services, however there was no answer. I sent a message via their web site, which said it could take 24hrs to respond. After reading the reviws on trust pilot, I was very concerned, as there were many negative reviews. However Charlotte, from customer seevices replied within the hour with my order invoice and I recieved confermation of delivery later that afternoon. My order arrived really early this morning and I was pleasently surprised at the high quality of the items, given the price I payed. I would definitely recommend this company, despite all of the negative reviews. Thank you to Charlotte in customer service for helping with my minor issue.

Ordered a hot water tap from this company, everything arrived great, however a couple of months down the line they emailed to say they hadn’t received payment for this item, so I did pay again payment went through fine, however they’ve taken a second payment out of my account without my permission. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Wase told 3 to 5 dayd delivery, received items on second day.

The product (a shower) was very good and at a very good price and delivery was quick, I cannot fault that.
BUT their website must suffer glitches as when I ordered the item the 1st time it told me that the order payment had failed so 10 minutes later I tried again, the second order went through, I then got confirmation emails for both the orders?
I tried messaged them on their messages page and got no response.
I tried on numerous occasions to phone them and not once did I get a reply and their answering service box was full so I couldn’t leave a message.
So have now had to return one of the showers sent to me!
I WOULD HAVE LEFT A 4*or 5* for the item and delivery.

No reply on numerous phone calls, no reply to email or form submission AND …. no item !!! Scammers

Worst customer service. Rude, uncooperative, not interested in taking accountability for mis advertised or described items.
The whole experience was a nightmare.
Please reconsider before using this company.

Found these after searching for ceiling cladding for our wet room. Seemed like a big company so placed an order on line. Received confirmation really quick then after a couple of days heard nothing and started getting worried. Checked there reviews and loads of bad ones so also credit checked them and really low score. Thought I wouldn't get the goods. Had email from them saying no stock so requested a refund, which an email after said it would be processed. Next day hot another email saying panels will be arriving on the 9th. Had arranged for them to come to my work address and they arrived on the 9th so all good. Product arrived intact and no problem. Based on my experience would recommend

Well packaged arrived quickly good quality tap including tails and pop up waste. Very pleased would use this company again.

No goods delivered, no refund, terrible company. I was eventually offered a refund then they changed that decision. Their address is only a mailing address so no goods for bailiffs to remove. Avoid this company customer service tell lies and can be rude when replying to emails which may take weeks to get a reply, if you get one at all. They trade under different names with different addresses, just a mailing address with no goods.

Ordered bathroom ceiling panels and money was taken out within minutes . I heard nothing so emailed after a week to be told out of stock don't know when coming back in did I want to wait or be refunded ! Surely it didn't take a week to check stock and payment should not have been take before stock was checked ! Now got to wait 5/10 working days for refund . Absolute joke

Ordered bath taps with a diverter valve and shower hose. When they were delivered the shower hose would not fit the diverter valve. Have been trying since November to get this resolved, no one answers the telephone, questions are unanswered, I have given them numerous opportunities to solve this issue but they are uninterested. They are refusing to abide by the Consumer Rights Act. I am now seeking to take them to court, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company.

I am still awaiting delivery of the 2 in 1 toilet. The gentleman came but was only able to take the toilet up the first set of stairs so he took the toilet back but hasn't returned. I've tried calling number that I'd received a call from to say when the original delivery was being made but got no answer even after several attempts.
