Less personal than it used to be but still good
I believe the advice I am getting remains good though I miss the personal connection I had with their previous system of client care management where one person I knew well over time handled everything for me

motor car and house insurance for many years, They
are an excellent firm and the staff are always very
helpful and friendly - it is a first class service. So much
better than an impersonal call centre miles away.

I have an existing claim ongoing at the moment. I can honestly say that without the support of Bartlett I would be having to settle with an unsatisfactory conclusion.
Bartlett always answer my questions and find a way to mediate and get a satisfactory result.

I have used Bartlett for our house insurance for almost 40 years, first in London and in the last 18 years in East Surrey. We had two major claims while in London and three minor claims while here. Bartlett acted promptly and very effectively to secure the best results, dealing with loss adjusters and insurers on our behalf. They always offer the best solutions, having the client's interest as their priority.
