I used this surveyor last year when moving and was very happy with the service. I found Richard to be friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish and it stood out that he took the time to go through the report on-site and face-to-face (explaining everything clearly and taking questions to ensure all areas were properly understood). The inspection itself was thorough, the report was clear and I had confidence in the advice given. I would certainly recommend to anyone purchasing a property.
