We had a very positive experience working with my mortgage broker, Hendriks Finacial Solutions. As first time buyers, we had many questions, but Hendriks Finacial Solucions always took the time to explain everything in a simple and understandable way. From the beginner He was clear, honest and extremely helpful throughout the entire process from getting the mortgage in principle to reeiving the final offer, and made the whole processmuch less stressful.
We are very grateful for his support and would definitely recommend Hendricks Financial Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mortgage advisor.

I have used Hendriks Financial Solutions previously for a residential purchase and was very impressed. It was only logical to come back to Steve for my first property purchase via a Company. He was very prompt with his search for a BTL mortgage package and even linked me with a solicitor following a quote. Steve has been very informative and continues to be available for queries beyond finding a mortgage. I intend on using Hendriks Financial Solutions for all my future purchases!

Goes above and beyond, excellent service

As someone who is Neurodivergent I really worried about finding someone that felt right for me. From the second I met Chantelle, I felt reassured and comfortable. Communication was consistent throughout and no question was too much.

Steve was excellent from start to finish. He helped us set up and secure our mortgage and was completely transparent throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, communication was great, and we always felt confident we were in safe hands. A really smooth and positive experience — highly recommended.

Quick and atten

Added product fee without our knowledge, wouldn’t have been too bothered about it but Steve should have been transparent. When I initially called him he said they don’t get a penny extra. Slated our solicitors, (Thornes, who were fantastic) clearly wanted us to go with his recommended ones. When we said no, minutes later he had amazingly ‘pulled some strings’ and provided a cheaper quote. At times was rude, unprofessional and condescending. He did however get the mortgage offer in a timely manner which we appreciate. Could have been 3 stars but the negatives were too significant.

I can see in response to similar reviews he has suggested he has never dealt with the person before. More than happy to provide evidence confirming our engagement and use of services. Definitely Steve from Hendriks I’m alluding to. Never had a bad experience with anyone else.

Chantelle is a fantastic advisor! From day 1 she was flexible , always approachable and worked with us to get the best mortgage for us. To anyone wanting a mortgage advisor I couldn’t recommend Chantelle more highly, she understands how important this is to people , works so hard to get you the best deal and communicates daily over what actions she is taking!!
