Great Company, Matt is brilliant too.

I've been using Fastec as my stainless steel supplier now for a few months. Next day delivery every time if ordered before 14:00, well packaged, high quality, never anything missing and presents my company very well. I am especially grateful to Matt in sales who is extremely knowledgable, replies to me within minutes of enquiring and turns around quotes lightning fast. That is exactly what you need in a fast paced business environment, and it makes my life as a business owner 10x easier having somebody like Matt. highly recommend to anybody in need of a fantastic product, and top drawer customer service.

Buyer beware of Underweight Deliveries.

Buyer beware , check the weight of deliveries from Barrett Newport . You will be overcharged as the company does not check weights just counts bars which could be varying lengths .

If you do find as we have underweights on more than one occasion please report through Citizens Advice who will forward to Trading Standards ( Weights and Measures)

We take any concerns regarding invoicing or delivery specifications seriously. For clarity, all steel supplied by our business is invoiced in line with agreed specifications and industry standards. Material weights are calculated using certified mill data and standard section weight tables, and documentation is available for every order. Our processes are audited and aligned to ensure transparency and accuracy across our operations.
If there has been any instance where a delivery did not meet expectation, we would always encourage customers to contact us directly with the relevant order details as soon as this occurs so that we can review documentation and resolve matters promptly. Without specific order references, it is not possible to investigate the claim raised here.
We remain committed to open dialogue and to maintaining clear, specification-based pricing for all customers.
