ITS NOT A SCAM JUST BE PATIENT. Delivery is quite long mine took 2 weeks. The products are definitely not 40 pounds worth maybe 20 but nomore. But the novelty of the surprise is fun. Contents are funny but you do get some good bits. What I didn’t like I donated to a food bank.

DO NOT order from bargain buddy. It says delivery is 2-3 days. I ordered a £40 mystery box it arrives after 5 days. The products in the box are definitely NOT worth £40. I’ve emailed admin 5 times saying half of the products have a sell by date on from April 2025. If they don’t email back today I will be contacting rip off Britain on bbc 1. This site is scamming people

Placed an order for 50% off energy drinks thought the company was legit as I got the offer through wowcher, got a despatch email with yodel tracking. No updates since 19/12/2025 yodel are impossible to reach, bargain buddy DO NOT reply to emails. Luckily I paid via PayPal and have managed to get a refund from PayPal just chasing my wowcher refund now certainly won't be using wowcher again advertising scam company's like this 👎

I placed an order for 40 energy drinks through wowcher on the 13th of December and had no updates at all. I sent 9 emails to Bargain Buddy chasing order and didn't get a single reply. Finally gave up and contacted paypal to get a refund which they are refunding to me thankfully. I would avoid this company like the plague

This is a scam company they take your money don’t send your items and ignore every email you send I am currrently trying to get my money back through my bank

Absolutely shocking company. Take your money and don’t send goods or answer email.
Avoid as total scammers

I ordered two boxes from Bargain Buddy on the 5th of December.
They used Yodel who seem to have had by parcel since the 9th
There is no actual way to contact Yodel by email, chat or phone as you always get redirected back to the web page with no working links, even when phoning
E mailed Bargain Buddy who also failed to respond. Sent a form to them now and will see what happens.
It is like some kind of clown show to be frank.

For all the people saying stuff is out of date or close to date if you check their site it clearly states things are near 'best before date' or slightly past which are still perfectly good to consume. My problem is with the fact that it states 2-3 days for delivery and it's been a week and I've still not received anything and they do not reply to emails. I wish I checked this before I bothered ordering. Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves for selling the discount vouchers for this site

No zero star option.
Bought a Wowcher so assumed legitimate for half price box.
Wowcher offer included delivery however it was not.

Immediately tracking app said yodel have it however no tracking available for parcel snd in fact yodel are still awautijt tye parcel. No reply to emails from bargain buddy nor phone number to call.

Scam site. And at Christmas too. Shameful.

Do not use.

Ordered energy drink bundle. Over 2 weeks and not received. Sent several e mails. No reply. Just want a refund now

Ordered on 5th November still not received. Emailed them and they don't reply and it's now been 10 days since I emailed them

Don’t order !! It’s a scam they don’t deliver and if they do it’s out of date food produce. They are miss selling a product with fake advertising. Have emailed and complained to ombudsman

Ordered 2 boxes via Wowcher code for £40 over 3 weeks ago! No parcels, keeps saying Yodel have the boxes but no delivery. Sent several emails and absolutely NOT ONE answer. ABSOLUTE SCAM! AVOID at all costs. I am now £40 down!

UPDATE 22/11/25
My 2 boxes were delivered today all items in date except a couple in each box. Most items had 2026/2027 expiry date. A few end of Dec 25. Actually items are ok, no complaints on that side but WHY did it take so long to get delivered and frustrating they did not answer my emails! Not good service. I thought I had lost £40. Still will not bother to order again.

Shocking 6 months out of date products and zero replies to complaints. Definitely do not buy from this company.

I don’t want to give any star. I ordered some energy drinks on 4th of October, on the website it was mentioned to get it delivered with in 3 working days but I received the product on 27th october, after more than 20 days. I tried contacting their support via email but no response.

When I checked the items out of 40, 18 drinks are out of date and more than 7 are short dated. Again I tried contacting their support but still no response from them.

Load of rubbish 2 things out of date . Have emailed them to send back and there refund policie is no for food refund . They took a extra payment and now saying the delivery is on its way after trying to contact them via email no response and no phone number to ring them .

Got a voucher from Wowcher - they’re not much help either! No items received, no commumication - stay well clear

Purchased via wowcher. NEVER AGAIN!!. They completely ignore emails, 2-3 days shipping? 😅. 10 days later and still nothing and will not respond to emails. Wowcher needs to banish them as this company is a bad reflection for them. Have now emailed the FSA ombudsman. Scum!!
