Do not use them in any capacity. Every single review on here is terrible. I have lost £100

I paid £1 on woucher r and I can't even get in to the bargain buddy site to spend it. Every time I try to purchase it says nothing in basket but I can't put anything in the basket. Absolutely scam. Just lost £1 and 2 hours of my life

Ordered 2 Bargain boxes nearly 2 months ago which never arrived. They don't respond to emails. I asked Wowcher to contact them, they didn't reply to them either. Now going through my bank to try and do a chargeback claim. Its not worth the hassle.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Ordered 2 boxes 19th June and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. I’ve emailed bargain buddy several times but they haven’t replied. They don’t have a contact number so I can’t ring them. Been in touch with wowcher but they can’t do anything to help. Absolutely appalling!

UPDATE!!!.
Still no response from the seller or Wowcher who sold the vouchers. No way of contacting Wowcher or these thieves either. Please do not buy !!!

I wouldn't give them 1 star !! Ordered 2 boxes with vouchers from Wowcher. It's over a month now and nothing has arrived.

Contacting the FSA ombudsman as bought vouchers through Wowcher who were also useless with their customer service too , chatting with AI bots all the time .

I ordered 3 boxes of 20 energy drinks for £60. The items never appeared. I tried speaking and emailing, eventually someone called me back. They told me the items would be dispatched in the next couple of days.

Never heard from anyone again, despite emailing another 4 times.

Awful awful awful. Paid for a mixed box of energy drinks. Took ages to despatch then I get a message from the delivery company saying unable to deliver due to the condition of the package. I have emailed Bargain Buddy many times requesting a replacement or my money back. Not one single response, no replacement or refund. Customer service is 0 out of 10 . AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 2 mystery boxes from them using wowcher. Supposed to have been delivered to yodel but no updates for a week. Contacted bargain buddy 4 times still no reply. Avoid at all costs. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Complete scammers should be ashamed of themselves.

All food out of date. Thankyou for being a disgusting company. Thankyou for showing me not to trust.

Purchased through Wowcher. Took 16 days receive order and e-mails to chase order up. Once received disappointed in 'mystery box", mostly out of date and some items broken and certainly did not add up to £20 worth off goods.
Will not buy again.

Took nearly 4 wks to be delivered , no response from customer service and when I did receive it , half the box was out of date - awful - won’t be using again

Absolutely loads of rubbish for a £40 mystery box with 6 month out of date shite. Utter waste of money and as for woucher advertising half price for 2.50 plus nearly a fiver for delivery absolutely joke, not purchasing g anything from bargain buddy again. As for 2 to 3 day arrival we'll 3n a half weeks after placing g the order it finally turns up. Stick your false advertising i can imagine they get millions from vulnerable peopleforabsolure rubbish. Not sending back as most went in bin cant be bothered with any more interaction. Shitty complaints procedure and on top of that cant track parcel unless you spend 30 leaving a lot of anxiety for many I assume. No regards bargain buddy, do everyone a favour and stop your pirate trading.

I paid for a discounted box from WOWCHER as the box was supposed to have items in it over £40. I paid £23.99 including standard delivery of 2-3 working days on 15th May 2026, and it did not arrive for over two weeks.

The box finally arrived after two unanswered emails to the company. All items are OUT OF DATE! There is no way this box is worth £40… if anything it would be about £15 at most! An absolute scam and disgusting for Wowcher to have not vetted this organisation prior to advertising for them!

I have now sent a third email asking for a full refund…which will probably be ignored!

Please stay well aware of this company as its a complete SCAM!

I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. Disgusting customer service. It was stated that the package would be dispatched with in 2-3 days of the order being placed. Nothing and no tracking available after 3 weeks. I used a Wowcher discount and got nothing. Terrible behaviour from both Bargain Buddy uk and Wowcher for advertising this disreputable company.

Ordered 2 packages through wowcher, nothing arrived, zero communication or option of refunds, wowcher unable to help as the company fulfill orders. Would give negative stars if possible. Steer clear .

Took ages to get my parcel, no contact from company when emailed to get tracking details & wowcher useless at getting back to me as well. When box did arrive through yodel, got it delivered to inpost. The contents where no way worth the £20 I paid & most was so crushed & just crumbs I couldn’t use them. Don’t waste your money.

I got 20 items for 25 included my postage one two items from a multipack one kinda bueana bar from x3 pack and one riveta bar from a box of what ever it is not worth it at all most items are not top brands would possibly cost tenner at the most avoid

Unfortunately I didn’t check for reviews before ordering. Very delayed dispatch, had to involve Wowcher and threaten a chargeback before the company eventually dispatched the box. Three of the drinks in the box were uncaffeinated beverages.

I ordered off their site on temu. Item arrived damaged and several items were not wrapped. I requested a return and refund but they just said no . Absolutely terrible company will not use again. Temu trying to resolve issue as Bargain buddy not interested in customer service and aftercare .
