Chose this card for balance transfer…
Chose this card for balance transfer option - cant even use account because PIN not received and any attempts to resolve have proved to be VERY time consuming and end with no positive resolution. Basically offering 36 month balance transfer that will probably only be 32 months by the time i can actually use the account

The Barclaycard app is a disaster
I have previously used Barclaycard online - fine. They are now closing it, requiring yiou to move to the app.
The app is a disaster. It cannot show you a list of recent transactions - it decides you want them broken down into their arbitrary categoris. The Help icon provides no way of contacting them. When I have tried to ring, obtaining the number from elsewhere, it says wait time of 30 mins.
This could seriously damage the Barclays brand. i shall sell my shares pronto.

Atrocious
Atrocious. I was booking a flight which required sending £2,500. I then had to send a further £500 so Barclaycard being Total Kin’ Muppets let the £2,500 go thru’ but stopped the £500… They are almost as £hite as HSBC 🤪🤪

Very slow to receive the card and no Apple Pay
Very slow to receive the card. Also its not compatible with Apple Pay which is incredible in 2027.
