Your fraud team is ridiculous and highly untrained robotic people hired from a call centre in India most probably!
They stopped a payment because of a fraudulent transaction that had happened and was blocked. I confirmed it wasn’t me, that I am only trying to make this big payment to buy an item. They said it’ll help to cancel card and that in 24hours I should have new card numbers. I said ok go ahead, then after 4 days I try to pay for the item with the new card numbers i see in my online banking and it gets declined!!
I called to ask them to authorise it and they tell me my card is blocked and I wouldn’t be able to use it for 2 weeks!!! Even though it’s an entirely new card with new numbers. Apparently I have to wait 2 weeks for the physical card to come home! How backwards is that?
They knew I was due to make a big purchase and they fudged my finances willingly!!
Disgraceful, disinterested and utterly ignorant behaviour. After this I’m cancelling, been with them 20 years with zero benefits. With this customer service? Bye bye

Pin issue
It was very easy to apply and the process was smooth except for one issue the PIN number took along time to arrive which meant I was not able to use the card

I have had Barclaycard for 20plus years…
I have had Barclaycard for 20plus years and have always used the Internet via my home computer to see where I am and how much I need to pay to avoid interest charges. Well Barclaycard are closing the Internet portal and it is the app or nothing, well when I first used the app not too bad, well they have changed the app and I have been through every part of it, and the bit missing is what do I need to pay to avoid interest for that month, funny it could be really easy to find it could be on the page showing how much you owe, well surprise surprise it's not anywhere the most important bit of information for me the customer is missing, now isn't that really good for Barclaycard and more people will get confused and miss payments? A win win for a profit conscious business, now if I need to pay nothing I would like to see that, but if I owe then surely that should be shown!
Dear Barclaycard If I am wrong about your app please explain and I will happily correct this review and change it to 5 stars. Kind regards a once happy customer 🤨

Great service
Great service. Lost a star as the app wouldn’t allow me to transfer a balance from another card to take advantage of a 22 month 0 interest offer. Will contact support to resolve the issue. No complaints.

Rubbish App / imposed loss of on-line functionality
App is difficult to navigate and lacks all functionality that on-line service had.

Barclaycard have removed online access
Barclaycard have removed online access, replacing it with a mobile app, I want to be able to access my account via my laptop and download my statements to this device. I have set up a new credit card with another credit card provider and I am discontinuing the use of the Barclaycard for this reason. If Barclays online banking is discontinued, and the mobile app is the only way to access my bank accounts it in the future, I will switch my accounts to another bank.

Customer service was brilliant!! Spoke with Sahil. We were cut off and he called straight back, a superbly helpful and patient man who took me through the balance transfer and terms perfectly.
