Extremely Disappointed – Unfair and Unethical Treatment
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was initially approved for a £4,000 credit limit, only for it to be suddenly and automatically reduced to just £100.
I understand that my credit history may not be perfect, but surely this should have been assessed before approving and granting me a £4,000 credit limit in the first place.
To approve such an amount and then drastically reduce it by 97.5% without proper explanation or communication is, in my opinion, extremely unfair, misleading and unethical.
This experience has completely damaged my confidence and trust in the company. Customers deserve transparency, fairness and consistency, not unexpected decisions that leave them feeling misled.
Very disappointing customer experience. I would expect much better from a company offering financial services.

Barclaycard online has stop functioning…
Barclaycard online has stop functioning and we have to migrate to Barclay.co.uk for reduced service, or to retain similar service by downloading their apps. Not good for me as I don't want to have too many apps on my phone!

Always used barclaycard not to sure…
Always used barclaycard not to sure about the app for getting to follow your details of bills and payments. Making everything smaller is not always the answer because as people get older they are not always as dextrous as they used to be

Customer service is appalling when you actually have an issue that needs resolving. Too many young inexperienced managers who have no experience of what customers actually require.
