Excellent card and service

Over 6 weeks and my card still not…
Over 6 weeks and my card still not approved for use on applepay!
Total shambles!
Told to call to resolve then told cant resolve whilst a complaint in progress!
Plenty of other credit cards out there that actually offer customer service clearly not barclaycard! Avoid!

Absolutely disgusting customer care i’m afraid. This is one card provider you need to avoid as they do not look after their customers at all. Looking at the TP reviews already there is trending pattern for very poor service towards customers. Yep, its a 0/5 from me.

No card received but multiple emails…
No card received but multiple emails telling me to register my card. When I attempt to register my card the app then advises to me to visit a branch to verify my identity - like there are loads of barclays bank branches around these days!

One of the worst bank companies in the…
One of the worst bank companies in the world, with the worst customer service, which uses off shore people who don't know you and don't care and are collecting a pay check. The information they give you is slighted towards their own ends, meaning you will never get a proper answer to any question you have. I have been on 5 calls today, and every one of them was tedious, long and they are on their internal social media to learn how to 'handle' you. I have worked in these centres before and this the way you are treated, poorly and without proper responses to any question you ask in regards to a complaint response. They wanted the remedy for a mistake to go to my card, instead of my account.
Who is responsible for this, the CEO, CFO, CIO and the COO who use the system to deny you a fair hearing. They wouldn't even let me speak to a manager.

3 years and its never functioned properly
Had the card for 3 years now and its never functioned properly. The app is a mess the direct debit function has never worked and now they have removed the option on their website.
