A bit slow in receiving PIN and so had to keep aborting attempts to register the card.

Very professional well informed and nothing is too much trouble

Nowhere within a 40 minute drive to see someone face to face. Then you have to queue for ages

Checked back and realised I have had a Barclaycard for forty years and used it without any problems. Now I find that the website has been closed down in favour of a 'phone app. Not willing to run finances on a mobile phone - tried to use barclays.co.uk but I could only get access to a completly seperate Barclays banking service that's in my name. So after forty years I have been prompted to switch to another provider (who incidentally gave me a better deal than I had with Barclaycard). Two stars for all the time things worked fine - but you are pushing many customers away.

I would give Barclaycard no stars if possible.
Terrible customer service and the app is awful. I have been a Barclaycard customer for 30 years but recently the experience is terrible to the point I have written to FOS to investigate.

I was approved for a credit card on 26th September and have not received the card (I have received a letter with the pin about a week ago). Every time I phone nobody ever answers and just tried the online chat in the app and that’s not working either. Useless!

Waiting too long to speak someone to help me how to proceed how to use my card, why is declining my payment.

The incompetence of this company is beyond comprehension. After being scammed every month by a rogue trader, I have repeatedly asked Barclays to 1. refund the payments, 2. block any further payments. Barclays eventually refund the payments, but have not blacklisted the trader. So I will have to complain again; this will be my third letter. I've had enough of this useless time-wasting company, so I'm finally cancelling the card.

I've been with this company for over 30 years. Need I say more?

They have no regard for loyal customers with excellent credit score and good financial prudency.

The deal was reasonable, apr a bit high but interest rates are high, it was the best deal I could get for what I needed it for besides Natwest. The app is easy to set up and use, but I am a bit more tech savy. Those not as tech savy might struggle. It's just shame for what I needed it for wasn't more explained in how to do it. 0% balance transfer for 36 months. I am sure I will find out as I go.
