I asked Bits & PCs to purchase my All in Once PC, the price they quoted was very good however due to some faults find the price they paid was a little lower. They gave me a full report and the reasons why the offer was lower which I was more than happy with.
Overall they kept me informed and the service was excellent.

I recently purchased a new custom PC & was looking to sell my old one. On a friend's recommendation I contacted Bits & PCs for a quote.
After inputting the exact components in my PC they sent me what I believe to be a fair price.
Getting the unit to them couldn't have been easier. They provide a very useful guide on how to package it securely & email you a tracking label for 24 hour delivery, picked up on a day of your choice.
Communication was solid throughout, they let you know when they receive the unit & what the testing process is. After around 5 days they got back in touch with a confirmed offer. It was slightly lower than the quote I received online initially but the reduction was justified by them & I personally believe was a very fair offer given the extra steps they would have to take.
After confirming I was happy with the valuation I had the money in my bank account in around 24 hours.
I highly recommend their service to anyone.

Incredibly quick service
Received the quote the day of requesting it and once the items we're received I was immediately contacted about it. The testing was also done very quickly and I had the money just three days after the items being sent off.

Assessment was within reasonable timeframes especially as other hardware was required to test my items.
Payment for hardware following completion of assessment was virtually instant!
Overall really good and would use again for any other surplus to requirement PC hardware.

Decided to sell my PC as I have bought a house and needed some extra cash. Most reasonable price offered.

Collection took 4 weeks, then assessment and payment a further week. Happy with service and payment but could’ve been a little quicker with collection (I was pre-warned about this delay).

After deciding to purchase a new computer I made the decision to look into selling my old desktop for the first time. Normally I have stripped my previous towers to sell individual hardware whilst giving the remainder to friends so this was my first experience selling a complete desktop tower.

I found Bits & PCs website to be easy to navigate whilst allowing for the provision of enough detail to allow them to make a fair offer. After submitting my request I received a preliminary offer immediately and an updated offer the next day which reflected the nuances of my set up. Arranging collection was incredibly simple and a thoroughly pleasant experience, I've had much more difficult experiences in the past but the collection process went smoothly and my package arrived quickly without any additional expense.

Testing was quick and a thorough report was provided, communication was at all times prompt and professional. Having sold cars previously through a similar system I was hesitant that the overall price would be inevitably reduced despite being honest about the state of the desktop, but to my pleasant surprise Bits & PCs honoured their original offer without finding nit picks to drag down the price.

I can't speak highly enough of the service provided, it was quick, efficient and payment was received promptly once a final price was agreed, that there were no reductions which reflected my honesty during the submission process was incredibly welcome given previous experiences with sales of other items elsewhere.

I would highly recommend using Bits & PCs if you're looking to sell your hardware without the additional hassle of listing it yourself.
