Great service and, to judge from the stream of people coming in and seeking help, a key part of the Lanark community. I went to look at pre-owned iPhones and got information on the pros and cons of those in stock, but wasn't put under any pressure. Once I had decided to purchase one, all the data from my old phone was transferred over on the spot. Although that involved a bit of a wait, I was very reassured to walk out with a fully functioning new phone. I was promised back up if I had any further questions or problems, based on previous experiences of the shop, I am confident that this is indeed the case.

Malik was kind enough to PC lately, and I'm really happy with the outcome. He was extremely helpful, informed and professional the moment I got in touch with him. Malik recognised how urgent it was that I got my PC fixed because I was going on a trip soon. He identified the problem as a power supply issue quite fast and gave clear explanations. In spite of the short notice, the repair was completed quickly and effectively. Malik also recommend several changes that have improved the performance of my PC beyond recognition. His attention to detail and dedication to client happiness were what really struck out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was operating as it should.

Bits & PCs have since contacted me, providing support over email and helping me to fix my issue. Would be 5 stars if not for the intial difficulty I had getting a hold of them. For transperancy my original review below.

"Terrible experience buying refurbished PC.
I bought a refurbished Gaming PC off of their website. Great price for the specs even if the casing was damaged. However when I received it, attempting to start the PC at all was met with a blue screen error. Since then I have submitted two form requests online and left countless voicemails but have not heard back at all or been able to reach a person despite being in office hours. The PC does not turn on at all and I need someone to come and fix the error, or get a refund. No contact whatsoever is very frustrating, when I thought this was a reputable company from the other reviews here. Feels like I’ve thrown my money down the drain. Would not recommend. "

Very good service with excellent engineers

Gave plenty of useful free advice, fixed my pc fast and painlessly even with random new bugs to fix. Walked me through the mistakes I made when building it and gave me a step by step guide on how to progress with future upgrades. Really helpful with a reasonable cost of repair and super friendly and understanding of new pc builders, can’t recommend enough.

I just tried to sell a 3500£ laptop wich I received as gift ,only opened and tested….its to complicated for me ….it has 2 touch screens …and the quote they give me is 321£……amazing

I bought a laptop from them I didn’t know what to get. I told them what I needed it for and they gave me a laptop that suited what I needed. It was a great choice and works very very well! Thank you

I have used this company on more than one occasion. They are a small team from what I understand, so sometimes you have to be patient with replies etc, but the customer service is so good that I don't mind. Prices are very fair as well (compared to some of the rip off companies I have dealt with!) and also repairs are done properly, no upselling. They do build pcs, which I may go for in the future if I can get a good deal. Won't hesitate to use again.

Bought a PC from them via their eBay store, unfortunately i needed to cancel it as no longer needed but they never respond so have to go through eBay to get a refund. Can’t recommend buying from them at least from their eBay store.

Disappointing not to be told before completing the form to sell my PC that they're not currently buying. The form is fairly in-depth and requires complex information that took time to provide. A bad first experience.

Well to be honest, I agree with the reviews on the "poor communication". In my case, I’ve asked for a quote of some parts of a pc - but never got a reply (despite the reminders). It’s better to say "we won’t/cannot buy it" than simply ignore the customer. Frustrating.

Had an issue with my Apple Mac which they quickly identified and repaired within days. Great customer service and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them and very friendly customer service.
