Good when items are in stock. However I didn't like the substitute ajvar they sent me. The Turkish brand was not to my liking. I would order again

I can't believe how good these guys are - I ordered my food yesterday at 4 pm, and I have just received it the day after at 9 am! They even corrected my mistake of putting the wrong address for delivery! They have a great selection, very reasonable prices, fast delivery... Will never shop for Turkish food from anywhere else again. Thank you!

I bought several packs of herbal tea bags from this seller. Each product was about half the price of identical items selling online. My order was delivered very promptly, and I would recommend this seller for quality, professionalism and good value.

I have bought from this company a few times now and have always been really pleased with the choice of items and how quick they were shipped. I had a problem with my first order and this was sorted really quickly. I always recommend Bakkalim tol my friends.

Ordered some tea as my first order from this company. Within a couple of days I was brewing the tea! Very quick service. The tea was excellent, and at a price below what I could obtain it locally. I shall certainly order from this company again.

I ordered several pots of Fir tree honey, they e-mailed to say out of stock would I be willing to wait or should they send an alternative. I e-mailed back . . .I was willing to wait for further supplies. I was sent flower honey! I e-mailed them saying they had sent me the wrong items, I have never received a reply or an apology. Most annoyed!

I have dealt with this enterprise twice in the last month or two and foun them extremely reliable and promises were fulfilled.l I am very pleased to be able to express my opinion in this matter.l Highly recommended.

I had the pleasant experience of eating Turkish pickles while in Portsmouth and confirmed with the helpful restaurant owner the make he used. he even supplied me a jar at trade price. when i got home i thought i'd order some more products by YAREN the maker and try some of thier other products. i subsequently ordered 2 items online from BAKKLIM.

when the items arrived they weere indeed pickles but a different make and different pickles. i contacted the company and asked why an alternate had been supplied without contacting me...a poor reply came'...'they are similar' if you don't like them return them.!!!!! -

i contacted them again and pointed out what i considered poor service and poorer after sales service and simply asked why they thought i'd be happy with 'alternate' rather than saying they were 'out of stock' i never got a reply and discovered one of the glass jars they had sent had a crack in it which i not noticed until my cupboard filled with vinegar!!

for the sake of £4 it wasn't worth pursuing.....my advice go to a supermarket and pick the stuff yourself....won't be using again - avoid

Ordered lots of interesting Turkish food from Bakkalim having seen Kashkaval cheddar recommended - once I started browsing the site I found lots of extra things I wanted! Nice cheeses and meats, all good quality. Delivery took a few days and the site said it should have cost 99p as a special promotion but I was charged the full price, those were the only niggles. Generally would definitely recommend.

Placed an order as only UK supplier I could find for Halley Biscuits. Quick problem free delivery. I'll be ordering again.

This was an experience I will not be repeating. Wrong type of olives and cheese were sent. No response to my complaint. Very poor show.

Item looked great with a good price, however it was sold out. They should have an email notification so when it's back in, you can buy it!

My purchases took a month to arrive. No communication then contradictory excuses. When they arrived the cologne bottle was broken, therefore empty. They also sent the wrong cologne. When I asked for a refund they told me they couldn't do it. They had no system for refunds. Really? They told me to claim a refund through Paypal!, I done this and informed Paypal. This was my first ever online dispute. Awful. No stars are deliberate on the rating.

I have order Aynoor sausages from bakkalim 2 times but i wait 3 weeks for delivery after that i have seen a refund in my card i dont want to order anything from them anymore.

I'd used the product before whilst on holiday in Turkey. In the summer this year whilst outside I seemed to be constantly plagued by bites from mossies, midges and what have you. I knew just the thing and when I was able to get some here I was only too pleased. It was exactly what I remembered and did the job perfectly. No more bites.

I ordered ihlamir tea and salep and was amazed at the excellent value and low shipping costs. I had to wait a short while for delivery but it all went very smoothly. The low delivery fee was a deciding factor.
