This is our first time ordering, was delivered next day and the items were packed perfectly. We had a couple of items missing but this issue was resolved with excellent customer service on their part. We will be ordering again and again as we can’t get enough of this service! All of the frozen and chilled orders were warm and defrosted. Putting soap directly into the all other products made everything smell like a soap. Very dissapointed. Cheap but nothing more...

My mum had been looking for Bodrum hot baby peppers for ages as Asda rarely has the small jars 330g. Not only can you get 640g jars but they’re £1.99 much better priced than Asda, the delivery was very quick and well packaged. Will most definitely be using again in the future!
