First time with Bakkalim but very happy. I ordered at the weekend and they had problems with delivery company so I got my shopping on Wednesday. Bread a little stale but nothing that cant be fixed with an oven.
Everything was packed safely and arrived safely, Fridge items in fridge bags with ice, absolutely brilliant. Thank you Bakkalim and Yusuf who dealt with my order. I will definitely shop with them again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with Bakkalim and I will never order from them again. My order was packed poorly and a bottle of washing liquid was spilled all over the items. When I reported this they blamed DHL and didn’t offer a solution or refund for the damaged items. They substituted an item and didn’t even bother to issue a refund for the difference. They also packed all of the dairy fridge items with the rest of the shopping and didn’t use cooling bags. all of the dairy items travelled for at least 25 hours (to outside of London see the attached DHL’ s message below) without any cooling bags and I am not even including the packing and waiting time of the delivery from their warehouse.This is totally unacceptable and they breached the cold chain temperature of the dairy products. And the customer service agent who clearly couldn’t care less asked how I measured those dairy items’ temperature and decided that they are at the room temperature as the weather was cold enough to keep them cool. How ridiculous! Just such a bad experience, waste of time. I am not concerned about every penny I paid but my health. I can’t let my family have sucuk and the cheeses and have side effects because they were delivered in a box next to Ulker biscuits and pirinç! They can’t offer a service competently and they clearly don’t acknowledge their mistakes!

Very happy with bakkalim fast delivery and great packaging. Frozen stuff came with frozen water packs. I will continue to order with them. 5star service, thanks

This was my first order with Bakkalim UK when l was searching for a couple of pickle jars to order on lnternet. In addition to the jars l ended up ordering some of my much needed and favorite Turkish food. Everything was very smooth from ordering to delivery which was very prompt the next day. Excellent customer service, very polite when l needed to clarify something with them. In the process of delivery l was informed about expected delivery time and very polite delivery person informed me when he was on his way. Everything turned up properly packed and intact. I will definetely be ordering with them again.

Nothing was in the box to keep chilled food cold, packaging was a disaster altogether. Ended up with plenty of plastic bags, weird spongy/foamy pieces, dusty and damp cartboard, and plenty of food that goes straight to the bin. They should've been frozen, or at least chilled. Didn't even bother to ask for a refund. The first time was the last time for me.

Bakkalim dan cok memnunum. 6 defa alisveris yaptim hic sorun yasamadim. siparis ettigim urun ellerinde kalmamissa para iyadesi yapiyorlar.. ve Bakkalim calisanlari cok ilgileniyorlar cok kibarlar ...Ürün Fiyatlarida cok uygun... Bakkalima cok tesekkur ediyorum.

Very disappointed. They sent wrong items. I asked for refund a couple of times as they were not answering my emails. At last they refunded, but the next time I wanted shopping I couldn’t, as they restricted my account. Just beware.

These guys tried really hard to make the delivery, everything was in perfect condition and none of the items had an expiry date too close to the delivery date.

I assumed they would not deliver on weekends but they actually do exactly what they say! They will even deliver on Sunday if you ordered on Saturday! Unfortunately I assumed they would deliver on Monday when I submit an order on Saturday. It was really my carelessness but they called me before the delivery and we made an arrangement which worked out great!

They were extremely kind and reasonably accommodating. Though you need to receive the delivery on the next day you made your order.

They are doing really hard and working really hard apparently, really happy to get my Turkish food and groceries from them!

I have also compared prices with 3 other competitors that sell Turkish food and these guys have the best product and price range. Really happy to use them and will definitely order again!

I have ordered 2 times from Bakkalım and services was great. Same day delivery option is great too.Reasonable prices and wide range of products.
