Still waiting for my Xmas gift order.
If you were expecting the volume increase, why not prep. Or were you just building new income from orders to purchase what you needed to get raw ingredients for manufacturing fill…

I’ve been in food industry for 40+ yrs… seen this pattern a little more than I’d like to.

Product was beautifully wrapped and shipped promptly. Unfortunately, I ordered two gifts and only 1 was Shipped . I sent an email stating such and was credited IMMEDIATELY .

We haven’t received our shipment yet. Very little information was given about when we would receive it. Seems odd to ask for a review when the shipment wasn’t been received.

Do not order from Bachan’s directly!!!

Do not order from Bachan’s directly!!! I ordered the 4 bottle Black Friday deal and I still do not have what I ordered, but I get this email asking me how I like the products?!?! Ha ha ha!! What a joke!!! I’m giving them one more day for the product to arrive after that I’m disputing the charge!!
This is BS!!

I ordered the gift pack of assorted…

I ordered the gift pack of assorted Bachan’s sauces as a Christmas gift for someone. The ordering process was easy and shipping and delivery (to Hawaii) was very quick. Everything was well packaged in the gift box. I am sure that the gift recipient will enjoy the quality and variety of sauces included. I enjoy the original Bachan’s sauce and have purchased numerous bottles from Costco, so I know Batchan’s quality is great.

Tried Bachan's new Miso flavor BBQ sauce this time. Wow, it's yummy! My friends love the Miso flavor with stir-fry veggies, tofu and Shiitake mushrooms as well. It also made quick and tasty salad dressing by simply mixing mayo. It became our favorite flavor now.
