We love your sauce. Purchased at Costco and it was a big hit. Bought the gift packs for my son and son-in-law

Not good service.
Placed my order and was told it was going to take much longer to receive it because too many orders but would receive an email a week later with update. A week has past and still no update and these were presents for the holidays. Not happy. Yet I keep seeing ads pushed for more ordering when they can’t keep up with current orders??

Order arrived in timely manner and was kept updated . Only disappointment was the box was labeled with contents and my son who I bought it for , was the one who picked it up off the front step after it was delivered. Wish it was in nondescript packaging

We love Bachan's original sauce and I was so excited to see a gift set come available for Christmas. Based on other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who experienced a hiccup in deliveries. I reached out to customer service to ask for an ETA with my shipment-- they responded quickly and had my order out right away. The gift box is exactly as described, and my family members are definitely going to be happy with it. A little grace goes a long way-- happy holidays & thank you!
