Great company to deal with had a question that was answered promptly. My personalised bear was lovely and the whole family loved it especially the new arrival! Will definitely be using Baby Tots again!

Spoilt granddaughter!
I bought a bear for my 6 month old granddaughter, it was meant to be a Christmas present but she had other ideas! She loves it! Great customer service, they really do care.
