We ordered a children's dolls pram on the 6th of November and on the 11th we received an email headed refund with a credit invoice.
After one week I contacted Sharon at Babytots and received a series of lies from Oh I thought you may want a different colour to there's a problem with Paypal in sending refunds. To be clear Paypal was acting as the card merchant as I don't have an account with them. she then suggested I ask my bank to do a charge back which I did. after 15 days my bank refunded the £289.00 back to my debit card then later that day I received a Paypal notification of a refund which has not materialised.
I would avoid this retailer at all cost as she would not know the truth if it hit her in the face.
Please avoid at all cost unless you can wait for weeks for the money back from your bank.
A very poorly run business with no morals or customer service skills !

Defective product sent in May and returned in May. It is now August and I still have no refund and have had to file a claim with my payment provider. Stay away.

Well made, colourful soft toy, perfect for my granddaughter. Delivered well within the time frame and by Royal Mail, which is a plus for me.

Sarah was particularly helpful when I was trying to get the font etc that I wanted. Initial problems that I experienced with the website were soon resolved and 1:1 correspondence was very useful

Fantastic product and great customer service! Had item delivered to an address other than mine but I was kept updated with regard to the delivery and was sent a photo of the completed item so I knew what it looked like.

Just a little worried at 1st after I placed my order I had to send emails on were my order was but all ok . Delighted with my giraffes Thankyou

There was a problem with the shipping of my order. The packaging was damaged and was sent back to the company. I was informed of this and due to the delay a free personalised item was sent aswell.
Sarah, was very apologetic although this was something out of their control.
My items arrived after this very quickly, they are very well made and a nice personal touch
