Absolutely over the moon with my son's teddy!! Really cute and he loves it! Couldn't recommend them more! I had also not been clear on my personalised message so the maker contacted me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted before it was made! Brilliant service, gorgeous teddies. Brilliant service and product
I have ordered a couple of personalised soft toys from here this year and I could not ask for a more fantastic gift. The customer service has been brilliant. I was able to proof the design before it was embroidered and no request to amend was too much. Would and have reccomended to all my friends. And will definitely be back to purchase more

They have an outstanding range, excellent quality and very quick service. Really pleased with my order, personalised reindeer and a outfit both really good quality. My order got lost in the post but as soon as I messaged that I haven’t received it yet I got an email back really quick Julie got straight onto tracking my order sent me proof that it had been sent along with the tracking number and got straight on repeating my order so I got my order quick I had my order in my hand in 4 days I was really impressed. I’m not one to write reviews but Julie deserves a great review and I will definitely be buying again.

Absolutely brilliant! Such a professional and dedicated team, ordering process was easy and delivery was fast.
