Great fast and efficient service my jacket was exactly as described on the babipur website very happy with the service

We bought a set of Kleen Kanteen Lunchboxes from Babipur (the last they had in stock) about a month of use passed and the medium box developed a split in the silicone top. I contacted Babipur and Anne swiftly set about arranging a replacement with their supplier despite no longer stocking this item. There was no quibbling or attempts to avoid dealing with the issue and I’ve been thoroughly impressed by the customer service, the updates and the care that has been shown. It’s truly a rare thing and it’ll definitely encourage repeat purchases from us!

I got a voucher from Real nappies for London and I ordered on Babipur, I received my order today and I am crying for joy seeing how quality they are and the fact that I will be saving/reducing cost of diaper as I am not financially stable. Bought a tipi from Babipur. Unfortunately there was a hole in the fabric. I contacted to arrange a return and they were extremely helpful. Arranged a courier to collect on a day suitable for me. Will definitely use again.

Love this company. Full of so many beautifully crafted, considered items. I ordered a Wobbel board, deck and pillow for my son, it arrived really well packaged and quickly and my son loves it. Such a brilliant addition to our home. Highly recommend shopping with BabiPur.

1st class service, timely & efficient, kept me up to date with matters

These days it's a bit of a whirlpool when searching the internet, and deciding who you can trust and who you can't!
In a price comparison search, I came across Babipur, initially an unlikely source for the Patagonia jacket I was after. But I did a little nosing and it all seemed legit.
So bravely I ordered my jacket saving over £100.00 on the retail and shop price, whilst I want to support the local shops this was too big a saving to pass up.
I ordered late on Saturday with an expectation of up to 5days for it to arrive. It arrived on Wednesday and is perfect I couldn't be happier, thank you and highly recommended :D

I’ve bought all kinds on here such as gifts, organic cotton clothes for my son, sustainable items for the kitchen, and various drinks flasks (I’m a bit obsessed with). I’ve engaged with customer services on different occasions with queries and they are always super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!

The products are lovely, the customer service is absolutely brilliant and the online community is great!
I’ve had a couple of orders I’ve needed to amend recently (one last minute addition and one unintentional purchase!) and both times the customer service have got back to me straight away and sorted everything no problem without it affecting dispatch time.

Avoid if you can. They don’t offer free returns and they don’t mention it on their website which i think is very sneaky! I have ordered different sizes etc and now return costs are my responsibility. I wouldn’t have purchased anything if i knew i’d be responsible for returning the items. Absolutely ridiculous and the fact they don’t mention it on their website says it all because I specifically checked the returns T&Cs
