Came across Babipur just after my son was born and as I was looking for retailer to purchase Grimms products. My son is now 4 years plus. So after plenty of frugi, maxomorra, Grimms, plan toys products have been purchased we moved on to Patagonia. The jacket that we purchased for my son had some issues with the zipper - 5 months later. So I contacted the Babipur customer service team and Sion dealt with my enquiry. Little did I know that Patagonia offers a repair service which is only the best thing ever because the jacket was quite pricey. Babipur arranged for the postage cost for the item to be sent to them so that they can pass it to Patagonia and then no postage cost for the item to be returned to us too. So very happy with the service provided. Thank you so much Sion and Babipur!

Superb service - ordered on Friday and received Monday.
Items received were well packaged using recyclable materials.

I only ordered a small item as a gift but the service received from this business was excellent. Anne did a great job in keeping me updated on progress. Highly recommended 👍👍

This is a really brilliant baby and children’s shop, full of interesting, natural and stylish products. The customer service is second to none, the staff helped me to order some special items that I was interested in, and they came through quickly, with updates along the way. I’m very pleased with products - unusual gifts for a new baby - and will continue to look at the website for ideas and inspirations.

So impressed with this company. I ordered my items on next-day morning delivery, but the parcel was delayed in transit for reasons unknown. Just one email later and Sion had arranged for duplicate items to be despatched immediately with a different courier - they arrived the following day. The delivery charge was also refunded as a goodwill gesture. Absolutely amazing customer care, such a fast response and a perfect resolution to the problem. Thank you so much - I'll definitely shop with you again.

Really great experience ordering a baby carrier from Babipur, professional and quick communication from Anne, and really quick delivery. A great selection of products for babies, children and parents and a fantastic team to deal with.

Still not received parcel - it seems ridiculous to use a signed-for Royal Mail service for an order under £20 so that I have to take a day off work to wait in, and then the postman just leaves a card without ringing the doorbell! I can understand signing for high-value parcels but surely a Tracked 48 would be fine for most things - other companies seem to manage.

One of the items got damaged in transit. I contacted the customer services team and they immediately sent a replacement - I can't ask for anything more than that! Very helpful 🙂
