I was overwhelmed with deciding how to order a new vehicle and Kaldora took the time to talk things through it all. She was also really professional in timely follow up and assisting with my questions on email.

I spoke with Megan Reeves and she was very helpful in helping me sort out an issue with my car.

I have recently ordered an EV from the Ayvens Lease-car company and have had the pleasure of speaking with Affy from the Ayvens Team over the phone, regarding my order and the processing of it. Affy, was extremely, kind, polite, understanding of my request and helpful. I sincerely appreciated Affy's help, information and guidance.

I normally don't provide feedback, but my unexpected interaction with Affy on the call this morning, was refreshing and an example of great customer service - so I felt impelled to give some feedback. Credit where credit is due.

I spoke to Affy yesterday and he was very helpful in assisting me with an issue I had with my car key. I was very grateful he could help me straight away with my query and he even put me through to the right department who were able to assist me further. I’m currently leasing 50 vehicles off Leaseplan/Ayvens and have been for going on 5 years now. I find their customer service team and in particular my account manager, Jason Chaplin to be outstanding. They are very responsive and nothing is too much trouble for them. Every time I’ve had an issue or questions they’ve been sorted and I’ve got the honest answers I needed. Couldn’t fault!

After a little over 10 years leasing with Leaseplan ((Ayvens) I am so pleased to say the level of care and professionalism is at least as good as it was when I leased my first car. It's only retirement that is driving me stop leasing, but even in handing back, I'm treated as if I'm a brand new customer. Aron called me today to check that the retirement plans were on track and to wish me well - above and beyond!!

Absolutely atrocious. Had to go through a quoting process two times, the first time was told that the car model was no longer available, the second time was made to wait two weeks with no communication, only to be told that the car colour was no longer available and as such my order could not be fulfilled. This was after I called them and so wasn't even told this in a proactive manner.

It is astounding how you cannot keep track of the very products you offer. The one star I have to give is generous to say the least

Previous experience with other agents was awful, they just wanted me off the phone. Affy gave me his time, advised me on the time frame and the process from ordering to receiving the vehicle. You need more agents like Affy!

Totally unwilling to to help when you have any issue, we will never use Ayvens to lease a van again. The staff are mainly friendly, with the odd exception.

However when I tried to place my new car order I was told it was to early to place it. This is despite the fact that I had asked to question several times and still told to order from various Ayvens staff. A waste of my time looking at vehicles which may not be available or may have increased in price when I can actually order a vehicle.
