Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We bought a lovely car from them in amazing condition

They shouldn't be trading as a business, i travelled 2 & half hours to purchase a car back in August 2022, I saw on there website i liked, I purchased car with finance, i got to sales car place car had alot deep scratches on left front bumper not shown in pictures on website, I complained to salesman he said we can touch up with paint for you they touched up paint with what looked like tip ex as it was not the same colour white as vehicle & scratches still stood out clearly . I saw the rear boot switch was broken ,there was water noise from front dash area when turned key on salesman heard noise but didnt know what it was, went into office to do paperwork salesman asked me to sign a invoice that said on piece of paper no warranty no refunds given, I drove car home then 3 days after the car started to lose power when i was driving along & cutting out engine management light came, I rang finance provider & told them who said i can take it to garage to get the faults looked at, The garage looked at car & said the radiator was leaking which caused engine to overheat, they said needs new air mass flow sensor which was fault code showing up, They said back brake plates were fallen apart & badly corroded, air con drain holes were blocked causing water noise, there were air intakes pipes missing from engine area the garage told me it was going to cost me over £1400 to make it roadworthy garage advised me not to drive the car like it or will cause further engine damage. I informed finance company the repairs needed & advised that as was within 30 days of purchase i can reject car due to cost of repairs needed to car as only had the car for 3 days & was going to cost alot to fix i said i wanted to reject the car as i had no confidence in that car. The Finance company contacted aylesbury trade centre & spoke with them about the engine faults i had & said to them i wish to reject the car due to the faults but Aylesbury trade centre refused they said as i signed a bit of paper that said no refunds no warranty this covers them, & the only way they would reject car if i took them to court which i would incur court costs & no guarantee i woud win the case. The finance company told Aylesbury trade centre that under the consumer rights act 2015 the customer has rights that the piece of paper he was asked to sign means nothing, They said it is a legal right if the car develops faults within 6 months of purchase the customer has a right to reject car or for dealer to repair vehicle as soon as possible & if dealer refuse's they are commiting a offence but the dealer still refused to repair vehicle or reject vehicle, The finance company instructed a independant engineer to look at vehicle at my home address in december 5 months on from purchase the report came back two weeks later & confirmed all faults with vehicle reported by garage were present with a point of sale & was dealer's resonsibility to repair. The finance broker made another attempt with Aylesbury trade centre with the engineers report sent to them to get them to pay for repairs & explain the customer has legal rights but Aylesbury trade centre couldn't grasp about consumer rights & still stuck to there paper crap about no warranty no refunds given going into january 2023 6 months on Aylesbury trade centre offered £500 towards cost of a £1426 garage repair quote and refused to pay anymore than that. as it had been going on over 6 months with a car sat on drive i couldn't use due to repair cost and myself having to pay every month to a finance agreement in place for car sat on drive i had accept the £500 & try to recover remaining £926 from finance to fix car that was sold not fit for purpose. i have reported them to trading standards & the financial ombudsman & motor ombudsman with my case file of complaint & engineer report with all faults with car sold & 6 months of a complaint to try to get fixed, They should not be allowed to run a business the way they are selling cars with engine problems then refusing to do anything about it. Steer clear of this car dealer avoid them.

I didn’t think i’d get such a good offer on my part exchange, especially after having been to we buy any car. The guys at aylesbury trade centre are wonderful, welcoming and really go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable. On arrival, the car was parked near the entrance so i saw it straight away and for a used car, it was shining lovely. I was greeted and offered to be shown the car but they weren’t pushy at all and let me go on an independent test drive which definitely was a plus. There’s no pressure or typical sales pitch, just a natural honest vibe and Jay especially did a great job. I can’t thank you guys enough for making my car buying experience so good. Thank you Jay and the rest of the boys at Aylesbury Trade Centre, I’ll definitely be coming for my next car 👍🏻

A lot of reviews here about scams and illegal sales. THIS GARAGE IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND MISSELLING CARS WITH A VARIETY OF PROBLEMS. They are also trying to cover this up. Here is my review...
Within 5 months of buying a car from Aylesbury Trade Centre over £3500 of engine damage and they are ignoring me. Buying a car from these people was the worst mistake I have ever made. Problem existed at point of sale, they said they had fixed it. Now they won't respond.

Let me begin by saying that I’ve only given one star, because you can’t go lower.

I just want to say before my review that if you’re attempting to buy a car from this dealership, I can’t advise you strongly enough against it.
If you are in a position that you have bought a vehicle from Aylesbury Trade Centre, experiencing the same issues that myself and many others have experienced, and don’t know what to do about it. Please read on because hope is not lost, and I will guide you to success.

My experience with Aylesbury trade Centre began in July 2021, and rapidly went from bad to worse.
The Saga has only just ended, and that’s because I wasn’t going to let these Cowboys win, so fought them every step of the way.

I purchased a Fiat Abarth, of which on first inspection, and the test drive seemed okay. However once I’ve got the car home things rapidly changed. What I believed was a soft top roof in fact was completely patched across the circumference of which I only realised when the patch began to come away revealing the damage beneath. A day later the engine management light came on, The rear window seal dropped, and the driver-side door handle came off. I contacted Aylesbury trade centre, and they took the vehicle in to repair a few of the faults.

However they didn’t touch the roof of which began peeling even more, and after a phone call with them, they promised to re-cloth the entire roof, so again I returned it.
A week later I finish work early to collect the vehicle only to find that nothing had been done once again with the roof, and this time I had sarcastic remarks from the young salesman Dan.
When asking for a refund, and rejecting the vehicle with all these problems only happening within the first 30 days, I was told there was no chance. I left the vehicle with them, as I refused to take it home in the condition it was in, as it was quite clearly unfit for purpose.

I then had a gentleman called Paul (with the phrase being lightly used), call me claiming to be the manager, of which I very much doubt. He told me that he’d been in in the business a long time and that there was no chance that I would get a refund, he then proceeded to offer me £250 to go away, of which I declined.

Undeterred by this, I contacted citizens advice who then advised me to contact my bank, to attempt to re claim my deposit, and the financial ombudsman service as I had paid part deposit and part finance.

An investigation with the ombudsman service was then underway, two months later I was contacted by Aylesbury trade centre telling me that I needed to collect the vehicle as I would incur a storage charge of £20 per day. With no other choice I had to have the vehicle returned to me, only to find that the roof was in even worse condition, lacquer was coming off the wheels, they had put 250 miles on the clock, and to top it all I found laughing gas cylinders in the door pocket. I emailed Paul, to question where the cylinders came from and why the mileage was put on the vehicle when it was supposed to be stationary at their dealership. The only answer I got was that the miles were put on the car as they were trying to repair the roof despite them knowing there was an investigation underway. And in regards to the cylinders, I was asked to check with my passengers of which were only my two children.

I was completely lied to from start to finish, Aylesbury trade Centre aren’t to be trusted, they sell cars that aren’t fit for purpose and try to get away with it.

Quite often they do, because they don’t expect people to fight back, but Under the consumer rights act of 2015, you are allowed to reject a vehicle of which is deemed unfit for purpose. Do not listen to What ATC say, and SEEK FURTHER ADVICE.

It took me 7 Months, but it’s done.

Be very aware of this dealership. I paid £16,000.00 in November 2021 for a Mercedes E class cabriolet. I've since had to spend over £7,000.00 putting right problems which they claim are not covered under warranty. The vehicle is currently offroad in a workshop after having catastrophic brake failure. Since purchasing the vehicle it has been offroad for five weeks in order to carryout repairs. I'm taking legal action against this company and warn anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle needs to be very, very wary. The company are in total denial that anything wrong with the vehicle is their responsibility to put right under warranty.

Awful, bought a car from them next morning completely dead flat battery , they said that it had a new battery, but on investigation it hasn’t , contacted them , they said they would organise a new battery but haven’t and cannot get hold of them they won’t return my calls or messages, do not buy a car from these people You will regret it ! On further inspection the car has a fault and discharges the battery which they were obviously fully aware of as the clock hadn’t been reset nor anything else from the battery being disconnected prior to me receiving the car ,

DO NOT BUY from Aylesbury Trade centre. We bought a mini reg RE65 GRZ 5 months ago that has not been fit for purpose from day 1. Sharing our experience to protect other people from going through the nightmare we have had with Aylesbury Trade Centre. We bought a car from ATC in August 2021, the engine management light came on the same day. They took the car back to repair it (which took 10 days), the engine management light came back on 3 days after we collected it. They took it back again and this time they had it for nearly 3 weeks. The engine management light came back on the same night we collected it. During this time their communication was terrible, we rang every day but calls were rarely returned and we could go a whole week without managing to contact them. We had no idea if the work had actually been done on the car because they wouldn't tell us what work the mechanic had done. Having given them 2 opportunities to repair it we asked for a refund, they refused. We reluctantly kept the car, knowing from this experience that the engine management light was likely to come back on. One month later it did. We paid an independent mechanic to carry out a diagnostic and they found multiple problems, any of which could cause the engine management light to come on. We have also involved the AA mediation service but are getting nowhere with this. We have now owned the car for 5 months, paying insurance on it and have not been able to drive it because it's not fit for purpose. The stress and anxiety we have experienced over the last few months because of this has been awful. Avoid at all costs.

They illegally sold me a category S vehicle and did not declare it. Two other independent mechanics confirmed it was a category S (so they’ve charged me maybe £2000 more than what i should have paid) whats more is that the car was actually in a dangerous condition to drive. If you value your safety don’t buy from here. Basically I’ve had to threaten to take these people to court and have had to report them to trading Standards.

I never leave bad reviews. They told me that they had just performed a full service on the car when I bought it. Months later I had to replace all 4 brake discs and pads as they were all completely rusted. It's also just failed an MOT due to emissions, and it turns out they also didn't even replace the air or oil filters which were black.

Basically their lies had me driving an unsafe car, spending hundreds and hundreds of pounds to do what they told me they'd done, and making the engine even worse, leading to God knows what more costs.

Also, these guys sold me a the car with a part missing but told me that they'd order a replacement and send it to me. A week later when I chased they said the part was too expensive so they didn't want to buy it.

AVOID THESE LIARS!

I had no problem buying my first car with Dan, the car was in great condition and had no false advertising. I even arrived earlier to look at the car but had no issue viewing it then and there. Great service

The employee Dan was very helpful and greeted us with a friendly welcome. He was also rather knowledgeable about a wide range of car options. Clean space and socially distanced well. We will be back!

Purchased a car from Aylesbury Tradecentre recently and I am pleased. The staff were attentive and professional, Dan provided a great service when I was there.

I don’t usually bother writing reviews but I was so pleased with the service I received this weekend when looking to buy my daughter her first car that I knew I had too!

We were not sure which car we wanted and were the nightmare customer asking to look at lot’s of different cars. Dan was very patient with us and answered all the questions we had and more! It was a very quick and smooth process once we had chosen the car and we couldn’t be more pleased.

I am so thankful to all of the gentleman that work there but especially Dan, he was a superstar! Thank you!

Bought a car from here a little over 2 months ago now, since buying it I’ve had no issues.
The process was easy and stress free, the salesman - Dan - gave me lots of time to view the car with my partner and helped to provide and stress and pressure free experience.
They allowed me to test drive the vehicle alone which I thought was really good and once I got back to the showroom they had got all the vehicle history ready so they could answer any questions I had.

What an amazing place! I’m so happy with my new car its exactly what I wanted. I was a bit skeptical at first as i’ve always bought from a main dealer but these guys have been nothing but welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!! Thank you so much to Jay for looking after me from our very first call. I know I may have been a bit annoying as I would call 2 times a day 😂. I cannot fault this place 1 bit, my new Golf R drives like a dream. Would definitely recommend and will definitely definitely be back for my next car in a few years. Thanks ATC! 💯
