Completely untrustworthy dealer, pray you don't have any issues with their cars! This dealer sold me a mini which had several serious problems from day 1. I asked to return the car under my statutory consumer rights, which the dealer refused. They lied constantly about work they had (or had not as it turned out!) completed on the vehicle. AA dispute resolution are now involved, with the dealer continuing to lie and break the consumer rights act.

AVOID THEM, aftercare is non existent. Sold a car that was needing various repairs. The kind of problems you’d only notice after a long drive home. Steering rack needing repaired , car completely out of alignment and all 4 wheels not balanced. No wonder it didn’t handle well. BUT don’t fear the garage had the car “aa checked” before the sale. As if that would flag up these issues. Absolute jokers.
Told to go ahead with repairs , I paid in full to then be reimbursed, now refusing to pay for alignment and any vat because they can’t claim it back. £40 ….. just being petty. Not a good look for a “successful car dealer” 😂

I recently purchased a car from Aylesbury Trade Car Centre and had a generally good experience. The process started off smoothly when I paid a deposit over the phone to reserve the car. We set a date for me to view it, with the intention of buying if it was as good as it looked.

When I arrived at the dealership, Zee wasn’t available, but the team had the car ready for a test drive right away. Within about ten minutes, I was out on the road with the car. I was happy with how it drove, so I went ahead and completed the purchase.

The drive home was without any issues. However, the next morning, I noticed that one of the inner front tyres was very worn. I got in touch with Zee, and we agreed that I would handle the wheel alignment cost, while Aylesbury Trade Car Centre would cover the tyre cost. They reimbursed me for the tyre without any problems.

I've only had the car for six days, but it seems to be running well. So far, I’m pleased with my purchase and the service from Aylesbury Trade Car Centre.

2015 Nissan Qashqai

Brought our son first little run around from them yesterday. Great, friendly service.

Traded in a Astra GTC in February, for a VW Passat , we had been let down by an online group, and this establishment promised that the vehicle we were purchasing was legit. Paperwork was in place , seemed ok. Took the car for a test drive , up the A41 , 10 mins max , car seemed fine. Until we drove to Scotland, brakes failed , crunching , and screaming , we had to limp in home to England , we don’t have the cash to splash out. Move on a few months , this garage agreed to the repairs and brakes on the car , but apparently weren’t happy with the cost , as it was more than the car was worth , having done a search on the car , it’s a worth so much less than they were selling it for , now they are selling the car we gave them at an over inflated price , and refuse to engage , there is no sort of management, no customer service , just out right rudeness , and failure to except that they have literally pulled a fast one. Brakes were fixed and low and behold two to three weeks later , crunching again, now it’s the back brakes , took it back to the garage , that Aylesbury trade centre made us use ; and apparently these things were changed , but did you change the callipar , no.
So now it’s a £650 bill , which isn’t for us to pay ; the car we gave you was in good working order , and ready to drive away. The car you gave in its place is a death trap , and despite being within in the 14 days and asking for our car back ; you have avoided , behaved like children and not sorted the issue , how do you expect to run a business that way. We have asked and asked for our perfectly safe car back , and you can have your death trap you sold us , in more ways than one

Bought a Import BMW X3 from this unbelievable company we drove from Glasgow over 6.5 hours to look round the car which had scratches around the car we asked that the buff them out before taking the car, the car was then took to someone along the road that he knew we where then took into the office to sign paperwork which we refused to do till we seen if the scratches had been removed.
Car came back then we signed for the car and drove to the start of the garage when the nightmare began tried to put the post code into the sat nav and guess what it has a Japanese sat nav radio on has radio 2 we turned the car around and spoke to the guy he sat in the car and said i just need to go into the drive to change it round which he couldn’t do then to be told speak to your BMW dealer and I’ll speak to my guy, BARE IN MIND THIS CAR WAS NOT ADVERTISED WITH JAPANESE SAT NAV SO MISS SOLD
we proceeded another 6.5 hours up the road spoke to BMW to be told it cannot be done spoke to another guy told us £1300 we then called txt the guy from the garage to be palmed off numerous times from the 4th May - 23rd May all he kept saying is my guys not got back yet he knew what he was doing thinking we’re stupid No how stupid is he I called him let him know the price to be told well well not be paying any of that told him he could come get his car and drop my BMW back off to be you that won’t happen, bunch of conning cowboys now they won’t answer any calls or txt messages now we have looked at the back seat which is broken.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DECENT CAR AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE YOUR ONLY GIVING YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND COSTING YOURSELF MORE MONEY BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP NOT A BUNCH OF COWBOYS

Smooth transaction, great after-sWe had some minor issues with the car immediately after purchase. We informed Aylesbury Trade Centre straight away and Adam advised us that we could get it fixed under warranty at a garage convenient for us. They assured us that they had been unaware of the fault. Their Autoguard warranty covered some of the cost, and Aylesbury Trade Centre very kindly reimbursed us for the rest. Kind and impressive. Thank you.ales support.

Confused by the negative reviews on here, honestly. They have more positive Google reviews and so I took a risk and went to look at a car up there, travelling from Portsmouth. Booked a time to go and view and they were very welcoming, handed me the keys for a test drive straight away, explained where some local roads were. Once I explained my situation they went through different finance options that would suit me best, and offered to deliver it to my house for free! Arrived 3 days later and all I had to do was give Mr Ali a lift to the station :-D I doubt everyone gets delivery free because mine had only just arrived with them so was at initial screen price, but still, very pleased with the whole thing.

I had a great experience when I purchased my first car with Aylesbury Trade centre. I am not sure why there are negative reviews but I have had a superb experience and looking to buy my family a second car. They’re professional, attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Highly recommend!

Avoid! Very unprofessional! Went there to see the car, it wasnt ready, the battery was dead and they knew about me coming to see it 2 days in advance!
A lot of car body issues not mentioned in the ad!

The car then gets its price lowered by £700 the next day. Absolute joke...

Where do I start, paid 15k for a land rover, no warranty at all, brakes failed on journey home, metal to metal, paid over £300 for new discs and pads, then immediately after noise from rear, wheel bearings etc failed. Was given advice that under consu.er rights act I can get repaired by dealer within 30 days of purchase or full refund, called manager at garage and was given abuse on the phone and told its my problem and he knew the law. I've know been told to get other work done will be over £700 plus vat. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISGUSTING INDIVIDUALS, I feel stupid but as a female have been conned. Please read other reviews as I'm not alone. Will be seeking legal advice.

Do not offer less than the sales price, as they get offended !

My son bought a Mini from here 12 months ago. Firstly, despite taking the full amount for the car, they took 4 weeks for it to be ready. We repeatedly asked what work was being done but they were never able to tell us, and when we picked up the car they promised to send on the receipt for the work completed....they never did.
Upon returning home we discovered an oil leak. They ignored our request to repair it, leaving us with a £350 bill.
In the 12 months we've had the car we have also had to replace all the shocks/springs and the timing chain. The moment you pay the money it seems that they are not interested any further, if you're thinking of buying from here I would look elsewhere.

Wow.. where to start. I brought a car through a finance company. All seemed good first of all, and yes a bit of sales as expected when arrived. However within days the car started getting issues, and was told by a mechanic the head gasket was gone, and infact should not have been sold. Anyway with talks with the finance company and them talking to the tradecentre, I agreed for them to look to fix the issue. However once the car was collected it took about a month to be told it was ready to be picked up.
When I picked it up, all seemed ok, although strange that the car was filthy inside and needed a clean.. petrol was also lower, but maybe it needed to be driven quite some miles for the garage who was fixing it.

Anyway because of said work needed I then needed to part with money to get the code to reconnect the radio in the car.. told i would be refunded, sent the confirmation and guess what still waiting !!

Anyway it gets better.. I have received a letter from the insurance company to say that the car was involved in an accident, and that it is an illegal requirement to report accidents.. this happened while under the trade centre holding the car.. with the name Mr Khan given!!

I called the trade centre, who said give me 10 mins and i will call you back.. almost 4 hours later and nothing..

It is an illegal offence to not tell someone a car has been involved in an accident.. I was never told this happened, so the same as when the car should not have been sold, they have hidden and lied again!

I'm currently talking to a legal representative about this.. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! SHOCKING !!

I bought a Range Rover Autobiography last month from Aylesbury Trade Centre worth over £27k. I took it to my local dealership and was told my car was un drivable vehicle and l need to return it to where l bought it. They gave me a print out and quotation for parts totaling £1600. After my husband speaking to Aylesbury Trade Centre they said they can collect the car and have it fixed as it was under warranty since last month after collection to be repaired . It's coming to a full month l still don't have my car back. My husband called numerous times to get an update but we kept being told the garage fixing the car is waiting for a certain part to be delivered. To make matters worse we were given a courtesy car to use in the interim which we insured only for the Manager to call and say they need to collect the courtesy car because they found a buyer for it and was given another old land rover which is no where near the value of our car. Which we yet again have to insure we are loosing money everyday because of l this. To be honest I think of getting legal advice also looking in car dealerships regulatory body because this in NOT ON... I am getting depressed by the day as a result. This is my story with this dealership and my honest review.

The whole buying and after sales process has been very smooth thanks to Gary & Adam. No problems. The car drives like a dream. After I purchased I sensibly put the car through a full audi service as one was due and it sailed through. I can now drive with confidence.

Connor was very helpful. Gave me enough time to check around and test drive the car. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend 👌
