Got front and rear number plates, look like good quality, very fast and cheap, website easy to use

Really good quality wipers, delivered quickly. Packaging was pretty beaten up when it arrived but the wipers themselves were fine.

Purchased products at the end of December, did not open parcel then as we had only just purchased the vehicle and had a dispute with the dealer. Only just opened the parcel (admit 4 months after purchase) opened and one item not in parcel, rang today explained, said happy to purchase another one as it was my fault for delay, could anything be done with delivery costs. Answer a flat NO. Asked again and still a flat NO. Shame

A useable product (just about) dispatched swiftly and delivered next day exactly as promised.

However, what I received was obviously not new but returned to ABD from a previous customer. The box had been ripped open, parts unpacked, some assembled and scuffed, and there had been no effort to repackage this for resale. The box even included the original receipt showing another customer's name, address and price paid. So much for GDPR.

The product itself did a job, but not without some huffing and swearing (presumably why the bars had been returned by someone else with more time). Describing the fixing kit as 'vehicle-specific' is a bit of a stretch. The connection point between bars and pylons is widely adjustable - a nice feature, but the instructions give no idea of where to set it for a particular car, so trial and error for the required fit is rather time-consuming. It's also designed with the front fixing bolts intentionally 5mm shorter than the rear, but this makes it impossible to thread them into the roof mounting points. The only way they would attach was by omitting chunky washers that the manual seemed to think were essential.
Eventually, the bars felt securely fixed and did support the weight of a full roof box for our trip, but after this experience, I'm sorry I cannot recommend the product or the company.

The bulbs arrived quickly, and the Osram nightbreakers solved the dim dipped-beam problem on my Volvo V50 - now I can see the road when I dip!

The discount helped me to go for the more expensive of the two Osrams, and they're really good.

Item exactly as descibed, well packaged and very quick delivery. First reaction is relief the tyre actually fitted. Secondly, pleased with the product and speed of delivery therefore I,'m more than happy to recommended this company.

Needed a new bulb and spotted the Xenon (stealth-35w-xenon-hid-conversion-kit) upgrade kits and took a punt. Very pleased, pretty easy to fit and they are so much better than the old bulbs. Literally night and day difference!

I ordered and paid for some bulbs from ABD.
I paid for next day delivery as they were urgently required. The delivery did not show up the next day.
After contacting the company to find out what was up I have been told that they are trying to track the package down and they would issue me a refund for the postage.
I did ask if they would send another set of bulbs out to me but received no response to this request.
So far I have also not received the refunded postage charge either.

On the whole a bad company for me with this experience and I will definitely not be using them again. Poor customer service.

Easy ordering from website. Part finder agreed with what I was expecting. Product arrived before expected date, in original sealed packaging and in good condition. I haven't fitted the bulbs yet due to weather conditions but hoping they are ok.
