Trusted and good quality parts - way better then unbranded stuff
Repeat but occasional customer and have always been very pleased with quality and service/delivery/communication from ABD - also happy to be supporting a fairly local company.
Have had to arrange return and exchange only once due to inaccuracies with a description, but this was also handled quickly and easily.

Insect infeststation at my house.
Product arrived put in pourch as requested,BUT,I decided to open each bag in our large kitchen dinner,Bearing in mind I had 4 bags with 10 tumblers in each bag,All looked well so I put them to one side that evening,To our HORROR the next morning when we came down our kitchen dinner was absolutely covered in thousands of insects/little like flysheet,What a job we had to get rid of that they were everywhere,Would have liked a warning label on box.

Thank you for your review, however I think this was supposed to be for another company. We do not sell bags of tumblers, you purchased a roof box from us.

Warranty claim denied
Warranty claim denied. Bulbs broke after 9 months, 1 year warranty stamped on the box but ABD claiming there's only a 6 month warranty.

UPDATE SINCE THIER RESPONSE: As you public can now see by their response, they do not read anything but storm through wording that is inaccurate! I did not say you did NOT offer several different options! I said i had to keep emailing you reminding you of my objective from my very first email to you! Your response PROOVES like others have said, you offer a poor service and do not read anything. Public/Everyone - Caveat Emptor - buyers beware of this company!

They were told very clearly what my objective was in the lamps i require and asked their advice (them being so called experts on bulbs!!).
Three different staff gave me three different types of bulbs after i had gone back to them saying they wouldn’t meet my main objective!
I then took the last email advice, and purchased the bulbs they said that would meet my objective.
Low and behold they did not meet my objective and when I contacted them telling them all of this, and all of the above, and asked to speak to a manager which they refused, they said send them back and I have to pay the postage fees!!!
It was their mistake several times.
So everyone, please go elsewhere and also, everyone else is far cheaper than this company anyway AND other companies accepts returns AND FREE RETURNS Like Amazon who are much cheaper.

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry your experience was not as you expected.
Your initial enquiry requested something brighter and whiter in an H15 bulb. During the email communications, we offered 3 options, each with different benefits.
The option for the brightest AND whitest is LED, but these are not road legal so you discounted these.
The 'whitest' option was the Osram Cool Blue range, but you weren't happy with the blue coating (we did advise this wouldn't create a blue tint, it just makes the light whiter).
The 'brightest' option, which still offers a 20% added whiteness to the light is the Twenty20 Daylight. These are also road legal. These are the ones you opted to puchase.
You then did not install them as your garage advised you that they won't be whiter (despite our advice to the contrary) and you requested to return them.
As all of the options were offered to you along with information on how they each differ, and you chose not to try the bulbs before deciding you wanted to return them, we are not able to offer free returns.
As such, we were more than happy to take the bulbs back for a full refund but you would need to return them at your own cost as is consistent with most online retailers, including Amazon.

Great Customer Service and Parts
I've fully kitted out two of my own cars and my best friends car from these guys and they've been brilliant. For the first time I had to claim on warranty for replacement LED's last week and I've spoken to Asha several times now who has been brilliant and got me sorted and corrected an error in the replacements sent to me very quickly, no hassle! Amazing experience of this company, keep it up!

Caring people.
Amazing service delivered by caring people. I had an issue the day before we were due to go on holiday. ABD were brilliant, even paying for a morning delivery so I got what I needed on time. Will not hesitate to use ABD again and fully recommend them.
