We booked in Auger to come and fix an external leak in the front garden of our property. Jerome the engineer was punctual, friendly, polite and professional. He clearly explained how he had fixed the leak. Although Auger aren't cheap, they did provide us with an excellent service.

Really professional company, work carried out quickly and excellent communication from telephone staff

We had some work completed last year to remove root growth from our sewer pipes. Regrettably there was a further problem with the repair. The Auger Engineer came again and completed the repairs. We were kept informed all of the time and shown the problem and the correction by camera. The efficiency of any company can be measured by how it reacts to problems. In this case I’m delighted with Auger.

Really helpful company, very knowledgeable and helped me claim through my insurance. Although I’m still waiting the water company to come out check these new water meters for a leak. I suspect if I have to give Auger another call for help they will be there to support me

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Augur following the discovery of subsidence at my property due to leaking drains. I was given an appointment for a drain survey within a few weeks of speaking with the insurance company followed by a detailed report of the problems identified and a timetable for the proposed work. Once work began I was impressed with the courteous, professional approach of the repairmen and the care given to restore my property back to its original state. Minimal disruption and left my drive clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Engineer was polite and respectful and call centre staff likewise. I have been asked to complete this prior to any remedial work being carried out.

Good workmanship

Great experience, claim handled efficiently and quick. Was updated throughout and all the employees knowledgeable and friendly. Our garden was left spotless and couldn't even notice work had been completed.
