I arrived as the doors opened and was dealt with immediately. My tyres were ordered and the job was all done quickly and with no fuss. The chap on the desk was great (did not catch a name), very friendly and honest, also pointed me towards the Amazon voucher at the end. Made a very expensive day less painful. Thanks ATS - you saved me again.

Had a screw imbedded in my tyre, lovely guys fixed at ATS fixed in no time, very polite and helpful.

My experience with ATS was very good as they quickly dealt with my tire puncture and replaced it with a new tire. I did not have to wait long for it to be done.

Had 4 new tyres paid for mobile appointment one of the tyres is coming up on dash board as low I've rang the company and they won't come out to check the tyre they want me to drive to their garage to have it checked if it's faulty. I feel very dissapointed when I raised this the next day and a week later tommorow still nothing has been resolved. They book mobile technicians to fit tyres so why can't the come back out and check it. I'm putting myself at risk driving a potentially faulty tyre. I could put air in it but I haven't because they should be checking this out at my convenience. Even blackcircle manager Mark agreed they should come back out to me to check the tyre fitting but today blackcircle could not get ats to agree to.

Excellent service for an interim service and brakes. Always helpful, professional and polite staff. Use this centre regularly.
