Needed new front tyres, guy we dealt with was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We have used ATS in the past and would recommend them for service and price.
Pete the manager was helpful. Unfortunately we had to wait an hour for the correct battery to be delivered, otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

Ignore offers and use a proper garage
Booked on line and paid in advance. They couldn’t complete the job because they couldn’t undo the bolts for wheel alignment. Wheel alignment was on offer which now means another garage needs to do the wheel alignment and I’m out of pocket. I WILL be making a claim against you for loss of bargain. Appalling customer service. Never again.

Overcharged
The price for front wheel alignment online was £52 with no indication whatsoever that it was a special online price. When I turned up and after they performed the work, I was charged £55. They said, in the centre, that if I wanted the four-wheel alignment, they would do this for the £70 online price so I assumed they would be offering the online price for the two-wheel alignment as well.
I spoke to customer services who said the above was okay in their eyes!!!
I shall not use ATS again
@after receiving the reply from ATS@: How about instead of you 'taking the opportunity to improve" you take the opportunity to make good!!!

Had a slow puncture on my Mini, it was sorted within half an hour, kept informed throughout the process. Also, all nuts on all four wheels were drastically too tight, ATS chap loosened then re-torqued to correct spec. Can’t fault the lads.
