Had 2 major issues with front tyres on Golf GTD
Immediate help on hand, first thing Monday morning with good advice and reasonable priced top of range tyres fitted.

Had aircon recharge and new wipers. All good and carried out very efficiently and courteously

I was in need of a puncture repair and the guys were able to fit me in. I was very grateful for. Professional and friendly gave me some more understanding of how tyres work when you don’t have an old fashioned spare.

I brought a groupon voucher to get my aircon regassed, booked it absolutely fine and took my car to the garage it was there for an hour and a half I was told they couldn’t regass it as my “compressor needed replacing” and tried to divert me to a garage down the road from them, I was quoted over the phone £629 for a replacement with supply and fit.

However taking it to a different garage I have found out my compressor was absolutely fine and someone had unplugged the compressor, the only garage to have touched it was ATS Euromaster and they conveniently sent me to a garage down the road from them probably a profit for them too.

Not happy with the service at all just there to try and make money from females.

You are understaffed. 3 people manning an entire garage is not enough. Today there were 2 people to cover for a day off in the week for a Saturday shift. You are over working your wonderful staff.

I don’t often write reviews but wanted to say thank you. I sometimes go out of my way to avoid certain garages but I would drive out of my way to come to ATS Loughborough and won’t hesitate to book again (if they will have me!).

The gentleman that helped me was so kind and calm. I arrived 40 minutes late and very stressed. He was so kind about it and still fit my car in straight away whereas he could have easily said I was late and come back another time.

In addition to this, I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong tires for my car which were not authorised by my company (company car). Again, very calmly called explained with no blame towards me and he successfully sorted it for me.

Finally, I’d mentioned I was on time constants to get to work on time (I had 8 patients in hospital waiting for me) and I’m so appreciative of the speed he was able to complete the job in. Bearing in mind I was late, I’m pretty sure some people could have dragged it out in annoyance!

It’s been a stressful week but I have to say this experience exceeded expectations and I feel so grateful for the kindness and calmness of the gentleman that helped me. Im sorry I didn’t get your name but the customer service/experience you provided is elite. Thank you very, very much.

Appauling service at ATS Euromaster Loughborough

On going to collect my car, I had to deal with rude staff who refused to apply an over 60s discount and then refused to print out the invoice for me to check before I paid.

They had also left mud all over the passenger seat and inside door, which they then stated was not caused by them despite no one else having sat in the passenger seat.

Darren in particular needs to reflect on how he speaks to customers and treat them with respect rather than raising his voice.

I would strongly consider those reading this to pick a different garage in Loughborough

Over several months I have alerted and complained to ATS Head Office twice about their Loughborough site front and side grounds being an eyesore - they are covered with overgrown weeds, debris and large amount of litter multiple cans, broken glass, plastic bottles etc (even flytipping at one stage) It has accumulated over multiple months - showing a complete disregard for the local community.
The site is based in the town centre and uses the iconic old Loughborough Victorian Fire Station. I visited the site again on Thursday still no action.
I have used the business in the past but I will never knowingly use a business that does not show respect for the local community

Offer of £37 aircon regas tried to buy non avalable asked the garage if the could offer me it , told you need to buy one and we will not offer you the discount without one .
Contacted customer service not interested.
After leveing the review recived a reply from ATS need more formation after no response i rang them ,only to be told the same .
The reply is an automated response don't waste your time contacting them another wasted 24 hours
