Professional way in which ATS deal with issues arising from their services
Staff dealt with my problem in a speedy professional and efficient manner. They were understanding, listened to me about what the issue was, investigated it, came up with a solution and very quickly resolved the problem.

Phoned the branch and within 30mins I was in, quick and efficient service. I’ve never had issues visiting this branch, staff were all great

Unhappy customer
Booked online 6/1/25 for new tyre and attended 9/1/25 after receiving confirmation.
8-30 appointment attended and went to reception at about 8-15 and handed over keys and waited.
At 8-30 told tyre hadn’t arrived and I asked why I wasn’t contacted to save a wasted journey.
I then complained - not the first time this has happened so I’m not bothering again - I will use an alternative company.

How helpful ATS staff are.
The two guys who were on shift couldn't have been more useful and I would gladly recommend ATS to any person, they dealt with the problem and advised what I needed, please pass my sincere thanks to them both.
I used ATS Little Hulton early in 2024 and needed a new tyre fitting which was done in the most friendly and efficient manner. It appears that all your staff are all the same dealing with the public. Again thank you

Booked in for a retest
Booked in for a retest, then when I rang to confirm the time, they told me they count do it as they had no tester in on that day, and it would ha w to be in Jan (MoT ran out 23rd Dec!) not good service

The people created this score for ATS. There was a hiccup initially as my service and mot had not been booked in. This was managed efficiently. Everything was transparent and clearly explained. I will come again next year.
