ATS Euromaster - Haverhill Recensioni 

Having booked both of our Cars months ago for both MOT and service we arrived on Tuesday the 2 of June at the Haverhill branch in Suffolk to find the garage had been closed for two weeks!

I find it astonishing that no one called to advise us that they we’re closing and would not be able to carey out the work booked so many months before.

We always found those working in that garage to be very able, helpful and professional. Ours Cars we’re always service well. We are sorry all of them have last their jobs. What a shame!!

One of the front office staff was very rude.

Do not have a m o t done took van in on the 12 3 26 failed on two little side lights and worn trye which I done the next day And phoned up to rebook it in but guess wot they couldn't fit it in until the 28th of the same month and you have to pay extra for retest which is a scam Phoned their head office very unhelpful ignorant person of no help so took van in for second test the stupid test man tried to change which trye was worn out on first mot it was the offside trye and today he tried saying it was the other one wot a bunch of idiots in the end had to swear at him and he passed it

I was lucky to actually get hold of someone on the phone at the Haverhill branch, who gave me a quote and booked my car in at short notice. There appears to be a constant shortage of staff in the branch and the few people working there are running around like blue ar.. flies to cover all the work. The guys there are doing their best to sort things out.

Great guys, busy, efficient and respectful. Love going there to get my vehicle done, as I can trust them and know my car is in good hands.

Trouble with car late afternoon on a Friday. Managed to get to them and they were good enough to look at it within 10 minutes and provided a quote for the work needed. Had to leave it with them and they did the work the next day for us. Great service, friendly staff. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Good service. And done in the same day

I am not satisfied with the service provided. The service took approximately 4 hours and I was charged £311, however the engine-side noise is still present and has not been resolved.

Given the time spent and the cost of the service, I expected a thorough diagnosis and a clear outcome. No satisfactory explanation was provided as to why the issue remains or what further action is required.

This experience does not meet reasonable service expectations. I am requesting a proper review of the work carried out and an appropriate resolution to the unresolved issue.

Sam and his team completed my MoT, honestly, efficiently and without fuss, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
