Excellent service - my first visit to the centre and the tyre tech, lady called Toni, resolved an issue I have had for about 3 years with another garage within 15 mins. My car was with them most of the day, so she continued to check throughout the day that the issue was resolved. Excellent customer services from her also - overall fantastic service! I alway get great service from ATS and I trust them and whatever what they tell me is needed I feel confident about. They never over charge you and are so helpful and accommodating. Their prices are more reasonable than anywhere else when I’ve shopped around in the past.
I’ve popped in various times too just to have my tyre pressure done and it’s never too much trouble. The reception is always friendly and a warm welcome.
I have my car serviced with them - it was just an intermittent service yesterday but there were other things found that needed doing for safety reasons - Jo was very helpful and considerate.

I have been going to this team at Pinhoe for my MOT and tyres for 2 years. I always find a warm welcome great customer service and the work is always done swiftly and professionally.
This last visit yesterday was for a replacement for a flat tyre. Due to the unexpected snow causing delivery problems, I had to wait another day, no issue with that..
The staff were excellent and truly went over and above for me, though the delay wasn't their fault.
Thank you to the lovely female Assistant Manager (sorry I missed your name) and to Joe for the friendly, professional service.

Couldn’t fulfill work requirement

Very helpful staff, especially Toni the manager who kept in contact re the part ordered and arranged the fitting.

We needed two new tyres and were looked after very well. The customer service provided before, during and after was excellent.
