ATS Euromaster - Dorchester Recensioni 

I had received an appointment email and my bank account had been debited for the purchase of a replacement tyre. I was rather annoyed that I had to wait over two weeks for an appointment locally but on arrival at ATS Dorchester I was very disappointed to find that the branch had been closed down as of 24th May. I had received no warning of this or refund. The two guys who were there to manage the close down of the branch were apologetic and they managed to find me a replacement tyre at no extra change, but they advised I should have received notification of the closure, which I did not.

Called in on Saturday 20/4 with a deflated tyre. They were very thorough in investigating the problem and ordered a tyre and valve in for early Monday morning, which was very much appreciated as we were returning home from holiday. The team were very friendly, honest and professional and even told us where we could go for coffee with our dog! If only all motorist centres were as good! Thank you

Great work from ATS Dorchester. Fixed a vibration / shuddering issue on my X-Trail. They spotted a buckled wheel and fixed alignment issues. The staff are wonderful guys and so helpful. We had a great experience, can highly recommend the Dorchester branch.

As always Chris and Dan are very helpful and totally honest. Making them a pleasure to deal with.

Well what can I say, twice in a month my tyres decided to cause me trouble, so on the phone I go to. A time to suit me was arranged just what you need in a busy schedule. On arrival I was greeted with a smile they even remembered me from last time how important is human connection 😃 anyway a tricky little problem was soon solved by using team work. Thank you guys once again

Chris and his team I spot on workers when it comes to no no way around tires and brakes and steering on your car or vehicle I will recommend Chris and Dan at Dorchester ATS to go there for any tires and break issues good bunch of lads

The staff went above what I expected for customer service.

I had new tyres and new shockabsorbers fitted by DAN and MARTIN at the DORCHESTER centre on 1/8/23 and their service was truly excellent .

They went above and beyond the call of duty and are a credit and an excellent advert for ATS .

Fantastic at both Bridport and Dorchester. A light had been left on inside the car which resulted twice in a flat battery. Despite my arriving at both depots around closing time the problem was solved almost immediately.

Welcoming staff who are never too busy to help. Due to difficulty in getting online booking, the staff at Dorchester ordered my tyre and fitted it in time for my MOT.

Friendly knowledgeable staff - recommended new tyre pressures which should save me some tyre life. Will be using this garage again!

Had to rearrange appointment and they were able to fit me in just when I requested it, then a speedy and efficient tyre replacement. The only problem was with the card payment machine which wouldn’t accept either of my cards so manager had to phone me the following day for me to make the payment.

I bought two Michelin tyres through Blackcircles and had them fitted by ATS in Dorchester. I believe this is probably the fourth time I’ve done this now for previous cars and always find ATS do a great job, the staff are extremely professional and friendly.
