Still the best team ever. ATS Chelmsford is always my go-to place for anything that is required for our cars that they are able to do. I have been using them for about 30years.

Car booked i for a service. Completed quickly and got a phone call to say it was ready to collect. The computer went down when I went to collect but they did not let this delay collection and emailed the documents soon after

Fantastic service after diagnosing the cause of some shuddering whilst braking, despite the pads and discs being in good condition. They advised it could be caused by some slight movement in the suspension arms but very likely to be the discs being slightly warped once warmed up and replacing them was the best course of action. After carrying out the work, the issue has been resolved for avery competitive price with no diagnostic charges. Great customer service, would highly recommend this garage.

I had a full 4-wheel alignment carried out at ATS Euromaster Chelmsford around 8 months ago. At the time of the alignment, all four tyres had even wear and were in good condition.

Less than a year later, one tyre is completely destroyed on the outer edge, while the inner half still looks almost new. This is classic evidence of incorrect alignment settings, especially camber or toe being left wrong.

Tyres do not wear like this unless there is a geometry issue, and given the condition of the tyres before the alignment, this points directly to poor workmanship or incorrect calibration during the alignment service.

This has resulted in:

A tyre being prematurely ruined

Unnecessary replacement cost

Loss of confidence in ATS Euromaster’s alignment service

A wheel alignment is supposed to prevent uneven tyre wear, not cause it. Very disappointing experience, and I would not trust this branch with alignment work again

I always feel very welcome when kind Darren accepts my car to be checked before longer journeys. Even when my car had to be repaired for an electrical issue a few years ago, Darren, patiently, gave me the correct advices which helped for the solution. Thank you very much!

Called in for rear brake check, manager and staff could not have been more helpful. Replaced rear pads and disks on same day. Explained the repair and showed old parts. It was the Saturday after Xmas, I had no expectations of getting a same day repair.

Emailed husband to thank you for takeing my car in, they fraudulently used my husbands email address to get an extra points on there bonus, someone else details were sent to my email address of personal information, I used to work fir the company a few years back bit left after becoming unwell in lockdown and left to run the depo on my own many a time, they used other people's emails address back them to get bonuses up, I have not given them permission to use the email address I havent worked there for a few years now and I find it disgusting tgat people person info and car details are being sent to me as there still useing my email address,
The boss at the Chelmsford depo is leaking sensitive data about people's car details ect
I cant believe they are still doing this and how ATS hasnt even picked up on this, especially as different cars are constantly being added to my email address, I dont even use the conpany since I left in lockdown so there's no excuse for it. !!

I have always found Chelmsford ATS to be excellent at what they do, and this is no exception.

Had a new exhaust fitted as this was an MOT advisory item, and ATS fitted me in on a convenient day and date and did a very good job.
