ATS Euromaster - Carlisle Recensioni 

25/4/25 Terry our local ATS Mobile Fitter called at my Home to fit two new rear tyres to my Jeep Grand and two new front tyres to my Mercedes SLK. Fast, efficient and Terry is very careful not to mark alloy wheels, even using a rubber & plastic socket extension to reduce impact damage. We used ATS & Terry for two tyres on 13/3/25 and we are back with ATS again today 25/4 as good service by a properly trained Fitter IS everything. No hesitation in recommending the mobile service. There was a long wait because of issues on my older car,but they did explain about the tracking nuts being rusted..

Only reason not all 5 is that they didn't have my tire in stock other than that great service.

MOT in carlisle booked 26th 11.30 on a saturday morning. I was unaware that we were the last customer of the day and that the place shut at 12.30 they locked our keys in their building and left for the day leaving us stranded with our quite upset child on a trading estate. We were no more than 3 minutes away from them at any given time and expecting a call to tell us the car was ready, We came back to the building at 12.42 to find it locked up and no one there, I looked at my phone and saw I had missed call 7 minutes previously. I tried calling the phone but no answer.
Legally I understand they close at 12.30, but you should be letting customers KNOW. All I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour and they would call. On a human level 7 minutes was all it took from phone call to just leaving us and locking our keys in the building for the entire weekend. Of course they don't want to be hanging around, so hide the keys somewhere outside and text the location? It was probably only 3 minutes since they left and we turned up. Shame on them for their lack of professionalism and lack of decency to another human being.
We live in a rural village 20 miles away and getting back very difficult and the weekend trip out completely ruined
Speaking to the manager on monday, she told us they waited and locked up at 12.45,
we were standing outside the building knocking and calling the phone at 12.42, and i have the call register to prove it, none of this mattered to her at all. Of course it's bad management that caused the situation on saturday to occur so not surprised at all that she did not compensate us for not warning us and then keeping the car keys. A formal complaint is going to ATS.

Superb personal service from a national company - feels more like going into a local village garage where they know you and your vehicle.
