I booked an MOT for Thursday 6 November at ATS Euromaster Burnley. I drove over an hour each way and was told on arrival it had been cancelled, with no attempt to contact me. I was told they had the wrong number, but my booking showed the correct details. The manager apologised and rebooked me for Saturday 8 November.

On the Saturday I called before setting off to double check. No one could find any booking, so it appears the appointment was cancelled a second time. I requested a call back but received no call, voicemail or email.

This is disappointing and inconvenient. I have now booked for a third time and hope it goes ahead. Please review your booking and communication processes so customers are not left out of pocket or time.

tried to ring burnley ATS keep getting thro.to central tele centre who put me through to burnley then i end up in a loop and end up back where i started .I only wanted to make a booking for a back box .I had the free exhaust check last week and told back box gone but knowone there could give me price until this week .so after numerous calls still cant get a price quoted .i guess its onto kwik fit

I placed an online order for four Michelin Primacy 4+ tires through your website, utilizing the scheduled fitting service for an appointment five days later at the Burnley branch. Payment was processed by ATS Euromaster at the time of booking. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was initially asked to return in one hour. Subsequently, I received a phone call informing me that the tires were not in stock and that a refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. I have yet to receive a formal apology or any indication of expedited refund processing. The lack of proactive communication and the delayed refund process are indicative of unsatisfactory customer service.

The staff are really friendly, curteous and professional. I take all the families cars to Burnley for that reason and I am never diasspointed.

Awful service, more from the online department but there’s no option to leave them a review. Ordered 2 tyres online just under a week ago only to turn up and be told they haven’t been sent and no alternatives were available, no refund was possible as the manager was on holiday and he was the only one who can authorise it, I’m now not only the cost of the original order down but a further £200 down to go elsewhere for my tyres fitted as they needed doing before my car went for its MOT the day after. I would avoid at all cost! Even the poor chaps in the centre said they’ve had this happen quite a lot and unfortunately they have to take the brunt of the anger as they’re the ones the customer sees!
