I have done an MOT in this garage a few times, and despite having used the Groupone deals, I received top service. The booking system is really good, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

I’ve been going to ATS for quite a few years now, always very helpful and they do a good job.

When phoning and face to face , polite and informative with explanations that could be understood.

The MOT inspector was first class re the inspection and customer service.
The website was great

I left the car with the guys at ATS (Portslade)..
I didn't wait very long before they called me about what was required and how much it was going to cost.
They explained everything very well, and why some of the extra work was required.
I've used this branch of ATS many times over the past few years and always trusted their advice..

Very poorly managed branch, better avoid it. I had used ATS Euromaster in Guildford before and was very happy with their services. This time it was a complete letdown.

I ordered 4 tires and dropped off my vehicle only to have them call me later to say they did not have the right tires. They offered me Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S for the same price, which added up to a small discount. When I went back to have the Michelin tires fitted, they put on the Pilot Sport 4, and not the S version.

It's not a big difference in price but it does not inspire much credibility when they can't get it right twice in a row. It's almost a week later and I still have not received a receipt or any other documents.

Have been to this ATS for years . I trust them that’s why I go back . Have been to other garage’s in the parish . Once many years ago for a new alternator .half a tank of fuel was removed ?. Always kept informed . Good guys . Very happy with advice and work done.

Excellent service and courtesy

The actual service when the MOT happened was fine, but I booked online, had confirmation email - but the branch were unaware of the booking when I turned up. Systems issue it seems - "hadn't populated the diary" or something. They booked me in for next day, but weren't very apologetic nor empathetic about the hassle it caused me.

All the staff were very helpful from start to finish. They looked at both my rear tyres, which were damaged due to kerbs and pot holes, gave me honest advice, and replaced them while I waited. Great job and lovely polite staff. Have used ATS with previous cars and will definitely use ATS again.
