Not even 1 star worst service.

I don't have negative rating provision. It's useless and you will stAnd no where in reaching them and there is no answer and my parcel is late by four days I am still waiting on 100th day.

I send the parcel on 15.2.2024 from Nagpur to Netherlands to my daughter however till date not been delivered. My consignment No is 20107161. On watts app same reply getting every day, no movement of parcel since 1.3.2024. The contact number 8484043818 not responding & rude. Iam very upset for not getting a proper response.

Atlantic courier provides extremely poor service. My parcel from India was shipped a month ago, and until now I have not received my parcel. When I contacted the whatsapp number, they just asked me to freaking wait for it. When I tracked my parcel using the tracking number in their website, it said it was delivered. But I NEVER RECEIVED THE PARCEL!!!! Upon contacting them, they just provided the picture of the parcel with my address on it but no evidence of who received it (it was supposed to be signed order) nor where it was put! They just outright lie to customer face,

Worst experience...Plss don't use this courier service...Never...waste of money ..They will not even support you on getting information...worst service.. Giving one star is also not deserving..

I do not recommend this company. Highly unprofessional work ethics. I have been asking repeatedly for an invoice for money paid to send an international parcel from Mumbai to Australia, it has been over a month.....just get vague response. If anyone can send me name and number of their General Manager please 🙏

the worst delivery service ever the told they will delivery in 10 days after 15 days still haven't got my delivery yet. now in tracking its showing you are not there at home so we cant delivery. they didint called me or anything how can i know they came for deliver

No stars isn't an option. BY FAR, THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY ON THE PLANET. Had I known that they are the clown show they are, I would never have placed an order that they handle. straight trash!

I would give them no rating but I want to say it out to people that they are not responsible. We have approached the courier service in Hyderabad and the person came home to pack the stuff and just dump them in the carton , when my family asked to pack properly so there would be no breakage he replies even though if he packed well the airlines would just throw the shipment into the aircraft and it might also break.
Then he didn’t note down the list of products when asked about this he says my boss will handle the stuff. The shipment arrived in the country where I reside then customs contact me because they just declared the amount and there's no list of items mentioned ! We contacted the person who was in charge of our shipment he then prepares a performa with items which are not even there in the parcel (I have sent the list of items before hand) and then he doesn’t answer the calls , if in case he answer he’s so in hurry he never listen to us.
My shipment didn’t arrive till date when I contacted the main office they send me the same message that they are checking and will update which I didn’t get till date.
Pathetic Service and very irresponsible people !

Worst service,dont proceed anymore.taking long time to delivery,most worst company, one the world worst service is this Atlantic service.dont believe guys.

Atlantic Courier is pathetic.
They take longer time than they say.

In this 13 years i got 100's of parcel and never disappointed. First time using atlantic courier and never experienced anything like this before. Every step/ update would take 4 working days. Nothing is happening, Dont even know If I get my parcel. Worst service, Worst Updates, Just waste of your money and time. Paid 20,000rs.

One of the worst courier companies I have experienced so far. S**t company, s**ttier customer service, s**ttiest experience!!!

I utilized the services of Atlantic courier to ship my household belongings, including kitchen items, wall hanging frames, and vessels, weighing approximately 120 kilograms, from Pune to the USA. They charged me around 74,000 INR, which equates to a rate of 625 INR per kilogram. The packaging provided by them was hastily done and of poor quality. Despite their promise to arrive in the morning, they showed up after 4 pm, and only one person hurriedly packed my belongings.

I inquired if I could safely send my suitcase, mainly containing clothes, and they assured me it would be fine. However, upon receiving my packages in the USA within 7 days, I discovered that 70% of my items were damaged. The vessels had dents, the suitcase was completely ruined, and other goods suffered damages as well.

When I contacted the Atlantic courier team to claim compensation for the damaged goods, they responded bluntly, stating that airlines do not honor claims for damaged suitcases and luggage. This situation resulted in a substantial loss for me, and I strongly advise against using their services. They fail to handle goods with care, and they refuse to honor any claims for damages. I recommend avoiding them altogether and opting for a more professional courier organization. In fact, I am taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to address this matter.

Very bad service: I have been waiting for the parcel for 15 days, now they are saying that it will wait till a week. I have never ever use this company in future.

Do not use this courier company at all. Customer service is simply inexistent and it is impossible to get an answer a very simple question.
A parcel meant for me had been sitting in a hub for 5 days already.
When requesting to arrange for an in-person pickup, didn't get any response.

I have no words for these guys but they suck and only if your life is going good and you need some stress in your life then try these guys. I am sure, they will not disappoint you.

atlantic courier picked up the items from home and collected all the payment, in advance, saying they will take care of everything and there wouldn't be any additional charges at the time of delivery.....1 week became 2nd week then 3rd week and still no news of the package..... Finally I received the package after 40 days and only after paying an extra $94 to customs for release while it shouldn't have taken more than a week, in total, for delivery. No updates, no response when contacted during the entire period. I also noticed that some of the items were missing from the package. atlantic courier never informed us why those items were not put in the box nor did they bother to ask us to come and collect those items from their office. Those items are lost for good. This is the most crooked way of running a courier business. Avoid these guys and save your money and unnecesary anguish.
